I really enjoyed the tour, and highly recommend it. Michael and Hanan are very knowledgeable about diamonds and the exchange and I learned a lot! I got to hold some beautiful diamonds and watched some diamond cutters and other parts of process. The biggest issue I experienced was that I wanted to buy everything! Thank you both for an amazing experience !

We had a great introduction to a lkmg standing member of the Diamond Exchange. We were shown and told about the diamond exchange and got to see various parts ofnthe cutting and polishing practice.

Educational, enlightened. Guide was friendly kind and a 100% pleasure. Will do it again. One of my best things to do in Israel.

Thanks to Michael to our coordinator it was a great experience. As we were only with our family we were able to ask as many questions as possible and really learned a lot thanks to our guide Hanan. The admission fee is fair for what you see and the length of visit at the center. Amazing were the production site and the diamond exchange area. Not to forget about the feeling holding a diamond of 4 Carat in my hands!

We had the most fascinating afternoon touring the Israel Diamond Center. The intense security, city like expanse, cutting,polishing and trading areas that incorporate high tech and old world skill, we're fascinating, educational and sparkling! Hanan and Segal were amazing hosts and communication with Michael was excellent. Highly recommended!

A taxi was arranged from our hotel. Communication with Michael was excellent. My husband and I were looking for something interesting to do in Tel Aviv, we have no specific interest in jewelry. The tour was just for the two of us. Michael greeted us on the street and guided us through security. He connected us with an English speaking member of the Exchange. For the next 60 minutes we had a personal tour that was fascinating. We learned about the business aspects and got to hold diamonds and see working “cutters” as we walked through the process. The tour ended with coffee or tea in the jeweler’s shop. There was no pressure to buy. I am surprised this tour is open to the general public. I felt like we had a personal connection to see something so unique.

Michael arranged a wonderful visit and coordinated meetings with Hanna and Sagil both of whom were incredibly knowledgeable and deeply involved in the industry. Their expertise and generosity with their time made the day exceptional. From the moment I entered, the level of security was striking — understandably strict, but also a reminder of the value and seriousness of the work happening inside. Once inside, they showed me the entire process up close. I learned how diamonds are cut and shaped, and how stones can be refined or even completely recut to enhance their beauty and value. Watching the precision, patience, and technical skill involved was absolutely mesmerizing. I also saw where diamonds are auctioned and traded—an entire world of its own, bustling with movement, negotiations, and expert evaluations. The complex is enormous and operates almost like a small, highly coordinated city dedicated entirely to diamonds. I truly appreciated the time that Hanna and Sagil spent with me, and the care they took to explain every step. It was an eye-opening and deeply memorable tour, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in gemstones, craftsmanship, or exploring one of Israel’s most remarkable industries.
