A very good visit. We got to skip the long lines and enjoy the paintings and sculptures inside. The video about sculpture production was instructive.
To see David by Michelangelo was absolutely stunning. But the guide showing up last minute, changing the time of entry, and still had to wait in the queue. Not exactly what I expected from 'skip-the-line'. Definitely recommend visiting Academia. Just not with this tour operator.
Easy to arrange, just buy and call the responsible and that’s enough to do… the guy comes immediately
We skipped the line but we're never provided with the promised QR code to get the free audio guide. We didn't realize that until we were in the museum at the audio guide counter and the QR code on the ticket didn't work. I'd say they owe us a partial refund.

The David is an incredible piece of art. The Viator person met us and we got in easily. I don't have more to share!
Good experience, we got our ticket in time without having to wait. Although, the person responsible for handing over the tickets tried to scare us by saying that our bags will not be allowed inside and tried to convince us to store our bags at a supermarket, which was not what happened
Clearly, no one can deny that Florence is an impressive city in terms of monuments and art. What I find shameful and very brazen is what they charge to enter all the sites, even the restroom. Additionally, there is a series of companies that acquire all the tickets to then resell them online, with the complicity of the authorities themselves.
The guide did not show up and never answered my messaging. An hour after he was supposed to meet us, he said he was there with our tickets. I had already requested a refund with Viator and purchased additional tickets - for HALF the price - directly from the museum. If Viator does not refund me, I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Just buy your tickets that morning at the ticket window #51.
Excellent tour that takes about 1 1/2 hours. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the history and artistic methods. I highly recommend this tour.
