Um museu único no mundo! O Museu do Automóvel e da Moda está localizado em um edifício emblemático da cidade de Málaga, popularmente conhecido como “La Tabacalera”. O Museu expõe uma extraordinária colecção privada de 6.000 metros quadrados, que descreve a evolução artística e histórica desde o final do século XIX através de 13 salas temáticas. This so far has been the highlight of our trip. My brother loves cars but the rest of the family only went because he wanted to go. We all ended up loving it! Very cool even if you don’t like cars or fashion.

Largest collection of vintage cars I have ever seen. Very impressive. Each car had a summary information card so you knew what you were looking at. The fashion side was less well organised. I had expected to see fashion for each time period displayed against the corresponding time period for the relevant cars. This is an area in need of improvement if only to keep my wife interested.

Incredible visit . First of all easy to get to bus stop 110 from Torremolinus right outside the door . We love cars and fashion so this appeared perfect trip . Very interesting intro into the development of the museum -visionary . Exceptional displays tying development and evolution of the motor car with the unfurling of fashion . This was a win win for us . Exhibits were engaging in particular the hat display .

This is a self-paced walk through automobile history with a little high fashion thrown in. The vehicles are massive. I’ve only seen them in the movies. Seeing them in person gives you and understanding why when they were new only aristocracy had them and the grand entrance they must have delivered. Our favorite? The “Caballo Coche”, a car body on horse legs, what we speculate will be the car of the future as gas prices continue to climb.

I was at the Museo Automovilístico de Málaga yesterday and was really positively surprised. The museum isn’t very big, but the space available is being used to its fullest – there are impressive vehicles everywhere, so you’re constantly discovering something new. In about 40 minutes you can visit everything in peace, which I personally find very pleasant. I particularly liked the fact that you can see so many beautiful vintage cars in a relatively small space without having to travel long distances. This makes the visit seem relaxed and yet varied. In addition, it was not overcrowded, which makes the atmosphere additionally pleasant. Important to know: Between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. there is a lull during which the museum is closed. If you want to bridge this time, there is a food truck right in front of it, where you can stock up on food and drinks. In the small complex with garden chairs next to the fountain, you can then relax very comfortably. For those who love classic cars, this museum is definitely worth a visit – check it out!

Great museum. Large number of classic antique automobiles also some beautiful fashion. Many historical pieces of clothing as well as antique glass lamps, and explanations of the history of the automobiles.
