Nosso Guia irá buscá-lo em seu hotel/acomodação, para acompanhá-lo ao lado sul do vulcão Etna, o maior e mais ativo da Europa, pararemos a uma altitude de 2000 MT nos vulcões Silvestre de lá se se desejar, você pode continuar de teleférico e jipe até uma altitude máxima de 2700 MT (NÃO INCLUÍDO NO PREÇO), onde será acompanhado por guias alpinos especializados até as crateras do cume! Somos a empresa de turismo que acompanha o cliente desde o início " Tornaremos a excursão no Etna única. Você conhecerá as histórias e curiosidades inerentes ao Etna contadas por nosso guia que tornará sua experiência única! A excursão: tendo alcançado o primeiro cume a uma altitude de 2.000 m nas crateras Silvestri, você pode decidir visitar as mesmas crateras, sem nenhum custo adicional (existem duas crateras em trekking com uma altitude de 2.000 me 2.100 m seguidas por nossos guias) ou você pode decidir subir a uma altitude de 3200Mt e visitar as crateras do cume, para chegar a este último você tem que pagar um bilhete, com o uso do funicular primeiro e depois de jipe até 3000Mt, então novamente você chegará 3300Mt no rastreamento. Aqueles que decidirem optar pelos 3200 Mt serão encaminhados para guias alpinos especializados. A duração é de cerca de 5 horas para ambas as escolhas!
Da partida à chegada ao Etna encontraremos e pararemos na cidade de Zafferana onde existe a possibilidade de visitar tanto a Catedral como também o terraço do Duomo com um panorama maravilhoso, a possibilidade de degustar iguarias na hora.

Tour guide canceled due to not enough participants. Contacted me two days before scheduled tour. No time to rebook.
Too bad the customer doesn't tell the truth! It was notified three days in advance with the hope of having more people in a very low season! The customer can cancel them 24 hours in advance if they want! The lie has short legs! and also the time....
The minibus broke, we were left to wander around alone while the guide was trying to mend the bus. When I asked for a partial refund for the service that we did not receive, he told us he did not plan the bus to be broken, so we could only dream about the refund. The worst experience of a day trip!
As already ascertained by TripAdvisor, the lady in question only knows how to lie!! It's true that we had a problem with the minibus we bought in May of this year NEW, but it's also true that Promptly they all got on Etna without problems and with the guide at their side! I only hear now that they were wandering alone! I understand the hassle of the Minibus lasting only three/four minutes! Maybe the lady wanted the Free Tour?... read the reviews before writing falsehoods.... Have a good evening...
It was a wonderful experience that enriched our trip to Sicily. Marcello is a great storyteller who immediately managed to immerse us in the history of the landscapes we saw with his never banal words and stories. He is also very nice and super helpful as well as being a very interesting person. He is the real added value of the Tour. The offer price is also Super! You won't find better at a lower (or even higher) price. We left fully satisfied.
