The owner Rob Woods lead us, and was, in a word, "flawless." His anecdotes and reflections of all things "Northern Territory" were not just insightful, but delivered with Aussie Panache. (No idea what that actually means, but there y'go.) While it was a long day, their impeccably prepared itinerary, combined with super-delicious home-made food served throughout, left me happier with this tour than any I can recall. Amongst seeing great scenery, we swam in two different places, and both left me exhilarated beyond imagination; they were each like nothing I'd ever done - and I've traveled the world! Yes, this may read like an exaggeration, but YOU go, reread this, and then YOU'LL know it's NOT! Fact is, if I ever head back to that there part of the world, I'll do the tour AGAIN! No exaggeration. Happy travels to you and yours.
We arrived at Berry Springs around 8am was fantastic - beautiful and peaceful, followed by a much welcomed coffee and warm muffin from Carl. Then saw the termite mounds - amazing. Also stopped at Florence falls, Buley Rockhole and Wangi falls. Carl was an excellent tour guide, super dry sense of humour 😂. The food and snacks were excellent and healthy.
Very enjoyable small group tour. Great driver with Adam. Berry Falls. A warm spring for swim and morning tea. We were the first there, was perfect but then became crazy busy. Stop @ Bachelor for toilet break and to collect lunch boxes. Buley Rockhole. Can swim but once again busy, unless you do the 1.2-2 km walk to Florence Falls and find the quieter spots. Adam dished out freezing icy pole and flannel. Definitely appreciated. Lunch at plateau swamp, very peaceful and pleasant. Lunch was very good chicken salad. Wangi Falls. Can swim (viewing platform unfortunately closed). Afternoon tea. Cold tea, biscuits and fruit at Wangi then drive back to Darwin. Adam was very knowledgeable and we stopped a couple of times for talks and to see termites mounds.
Thank you Jamo for joining us on your Litchfield adventure. Happy to know that Adam and the team helped you have a great day. Warm Regards and safe travels
A great overview of Litchfield national park highlighting top spots. This was coupled with excellent catering. Particular highlights was berry springs. Friendly and informative comments by Karl. Small group worked well and thanks to Tracey for her home cooked treats
Carl was our fantastic tour guide on our Litchfield National Park tour. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and the locations we visited. He was a jack-of-all- trades from driver to commentator, guide, chef and all round good guy. A real bonus of this tour was the supplied morning and afternoon snacks and great chicken salad lunch. Highly recommend this tour.
This was a fantastic day from start to finish. The places we visited were spectacular, but what made the tour especially memorable was Carl, our guide. His knowledge, stories, and insights into the area's history brought each location to life and added so much to the experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere within the group was warm and friendly, and everything was very well organized. I could not have been happier with the tour and would highly recommend it.
Thank you MarWol for taking the time to leave a review and for coming to Litchfield with us. Carl is definitely the right guy for the job and we are happy to hear you think so too. All the best, Rob
Had an excellent tour today to Litchfield NP. Our driver Carl was brilliant. So informative, friendly and professional. We had numerous stops along the way and had enough time for two swims. Morning tea, lunch, icy poles, and afternoon tea were provided and all really nice and fresh. Would highly recommend this small group tour (especially if Carl is your driver).
Great experience for our family of 5 on our last day before flying out that evening. It was a smaller group tour which allowed for flexibility and choice in where we wanted to spend the time, making for a more relaxed tour. All food was included and it was delicious and nutritious with decadent homemade muffins and cookies. Thank you to our guide Rob who willingly shared is local knowledge of the locations, culture and also sustainable ways to maintain the natural wonders we visited. Kids loved all the swimming in waterfalls, creeks and hot springs.
Thx Josephine for joining us for your Litchfield Tour. It is great to know the kids enjoyed themselves as well. I must say that your family were great travel companions which is a credit to you all. I look forward to seeing you again in the future. Warm Regards, Rob
Fantastic day , our guide was very entertaining with her tales of the Territory , highly recommend doing this tour . Cheers

If you like authentic local small business operators, then Ethical Adventures is for you. From the moment Rob picked us up to the drop off we couldn't have asked for a better day. Being a local, Rob knows the secrets, he avoids the crowds and takes you to places off the beaten track that you didn't know you needed to see. The food was phenomenal; mango muffins, Anzac biscuits and the most amazing chicken salad ever! If we could give them 10 stars we would still be short changing them!
HI Melissa, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is a pleasure to share Litchfield with you and gratifying to know that the little bits that we do such as the home made food items added to the overall day. Thanks for joining us and see you for the the reunion :)
