Very disappointing experience with Italy Pass. We paid €155 for a "priority" service and at no point did we feel there was a real guarantee of compliance. We had a confirmed reservation for 5:25 PM and, totally unexpectedly, they called us shortly before to tell us that the visit was being moved up immediately. We were far away and it was impossible to arrive on time. When trying to explain the situation, they hung up the phone and stopped responding to calls and messages. The situation was very stressful: we had to run through Rome with a baby, anxious about the thought of losing the tickets after having paid that amount. We finally managed to reach their office in person and only then did they have no choice but to assist us and accompany us to the entrance as initially agreed. Additionally, we saw how another couple was directly made to go to the general line, without respecting the service they had contracted. The worst part was the anxiety of trying to contact them repeatedly without a response and demanding a solution while they deliberately ignored us. In short: poor organization, zero communication, and no guarantee that they will fulfill what they sell. I would not recommend paying for this type of service with them. I am adding a WhatsApp conversation.

Our experience with Italy Pass Tours in Rome was un absolute disaster from start to finish. A special visit turns into a stressful disappointment. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. You don’t get what you hoped for. This is to avoid especially if you are limited in time. You pay for « Skip-the-line » and you get endless waiting. It is longer than with standard ticket queue. Lack of communication. Lack of organisation. Our confirmed visit time was unilaterally changed to one hour later (with only a two-hour window planned). One hour later you come and you have to wait for an escort to Vatican. Once there you wait again. So, this is the « Skip-the-line » Scam. The promised privilege was non-existent. We had to cancel the visit due to the time constrain. Instead of 9 a.m. we didn’t even have ticket verification at 10.18. Another deception was the refund policy. We paid 44€. We received 11€ (only 25%), losing 75% of the cost for a service they failed to deliver. They pocket most of your money which is absolutely unacceptable. So, NEVER again ✅ AVOID at all costs ✅

Please note, you will not get what you book for.. Via the website of Headout you can find Ticket to Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel and skip the line. This is not so, they walk with you to the museums and then they walk away and you have to go from security to the back of the queue we paid 129, - for 2 adults and 1 child, but when you receive your tickets at the Office, it says 25, - on The rest they put in their own pocket. Be warned and pay attention to who you book with

Office was easy to find, nice cafe next door to grab a drink before the tour. Office has a waiting room. Whole process was simple.
I've barely started but only seeing the landscapes on the way there I'm fascinated, I hope it's a show of experience in Rome, thank you very much for being super attentive.
Super easy and great price. Guide got us right to the Vatican gate, we skipped the line and went right in and then were free to go explore on our own. Highly recommend.
