I was too late to purchase tickets through the museum and used this service instead. The agent was exactly on time. They found us quickly to hand us our tickets and we got into the museum ahead of schedule. It was definitely worth the money and effort.
I had forgotten to book the tix for L’Accademia and the museum site was sold out. This worked out very well for us. The meeting point was easy to find and I was able to find the agent quickly to get our tickets. We were in the museum even earlier than our allotted time and before it got busy. Thank you!!!
Excellent customer service. We were called enroute to make sure we knew where to collect our entry tickets. Everything went as smooth as possible. We were in and enjoying the experience in a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.
Skip the line was a positive as lines were very long . The audio was difficult to use and follow and not much support on how to use .

We tried to get tickets through gallery website the day before and they showed sold out. So, I tried Viator and was able to get tickets. They were a little more expensive, but it worked out well. You meet the tour representative across the street from the museum and they coordinate getting you in correct line for entry. Worked out well
I love not waiting in a long line. It was fast. The agent called me in order to locate me. I like that.
The meeting point was just next to the line and it was very chaotic. The employee was not at the meeting point when we first arrived which caused additional confusion. He arrived about 5 minutes later but did not have anything identifying him as being with the tour operator. But we quickly got it sorted, received the QR code for the audio guide and actually got tickets for an earlier time than we booked so we didn't even have to wait in a long line. Very glad I booked this tour.
When we got there, the lines outside were very long. We found the via tour host immediately, he took us straight to our queue, and we were lead in within five minutes. Galleria is amazing and worth the visit!
It was very easy to get our tickets and we passed through the crowds in no time to enter. Worth paying to skip the very long queues!
