The Musée d’Orsay was closed due to the heat. Please refund my ticket price if $33.00. I hope your organization will act responsibly and refund my money.
The museum was closed and we notified Viator of this issue and they indicated that since they had not heard from the museum, they would not refund our tickets.
I was denied fast track entrance even though I received confirmation of fast track. I had a ticket that stated fast track. The museums said it was not an official ticket.

There are simply NO fast track tickets with a time slot, even if the seller claims so; they are just regular tickets that can also be purchased at any time at a cheaper price through the official tourist office of the city of Paris. The seller was nice and responded to my inquiry, but not truthfully.

Having our tickets in advance was perfect. We had 10:00am reservations and we were able to walk directly in and have all of our tickets scanned. My only suggestion would be that we should have our tickets a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We did not receive them until night before and I had to download each ticket and do a screenshot so that we would be ready to walk right in the next morning. Other than this, everything was perfect.
The museum could use some more signs, we had a hard time finding a lot of items we wanted to see. Also, we were there on the Saturday before Easter and was told our timed ticket would not be honored since they were so busy so we had to stand in the line with untimed tickets.

my time at gardens by the bay in singapore was absolutely unforgesttable the supertrees looked stiunning essspecially when they lit up against the night sky the flower dome and cloud forest were so beautiful and full of life every corner felt magical and I left feelinewg so happy and amazed
orsay muuseum in paris was a beautiful place to visit the building was full of light and amazing artwork I loved seeing the famous paintings and sculptuires up close It was calm inspiring and a perfect place to enjoy the art and culture of paris
My first experience with Viator was terrible. I bought, paid, got a voucher and went to the museum. When they got there they figured it wasn't the ticket. I went to a giant queue and again I was told that what I had was not valid. I called the phone available in the app and no one answered. I sent msg on chat and nothing. I bought the tickets again and sent the proofs by email requesting a refund. So far nothing. Message asking for rating, I received. Sorry. My first and last purchase on this site.
