I bought by the theater's website 3 weeks in advance, unfortunately on the day of our tour (13 family), the theater was dark. It was informed that it could be deleted! A total lack of respect for the visitor tourist. They were extremely rude when we complained that we didn 't go there to get to know the theater environment . A 3 day visit we would not have another opportunity, unfortunately I can not indicate the tour, I did not see the theater.
A world-renowned theater for its architecture and its unique acoustics. A reflection of the golden age of Buenos Aires and located in the center of the city, it is an unavoidable and recommended visit. Tickets are purchased via the official website and you enter by presenting a QR code; third-party intervention is not necessary at all. The entire guided experience was very professional, with a guide who was very knowledgeable, not only about the theater, which adds to and enhances the historical questions. Beautiful for anyone, not just for those who are theater regulars or are connected to this art. Highly recommended to combine with the Obelisk, Diagonal Norte, and the Plaza de Mayo area... and if you feel like it, you can continue, and by late afternoon you are ready to have a drink or dinner in San Telmo. Unmissable.

Absolutely incredible experience! Victoria, our tour guide, was excellent. We were lucky enough to observe an open rehearsal for the orchestra! The history in this theater was exceptional and it was truly beautiful.

What a beautiful piece of architecture. The tour allowed enough time for pictures and history overview. We even got the opportunity to listen to a rehearsal for an upcoming opening night show. A quick tour that can not be missed.

I took the guided tour of the Teatro Colón during Museum Night and it was a really beautiful experience. Being able to tour such an emblematic place, with so much history and cultural value, makes it very special. The information provided during the tour was interesting and allowed us to appreciate the space even more. While the organization could be improved due to the large number of people, the overall experience was totally worth it. It is certainly an activity I would recommend, especially for those who want to know more about the culture and heritage of the city
