Excellent experience, sunset is the best time, there was no space for 6:30 PM but we went at 5:00 PM and were able to enjoy the sunset at a lower price. Highly recommended.
This was a must see experience for my recent day in Buenos Aires. It was good, but I thought the building would be much more interesting architecturally and decoratively so I was disappointed in that. The view from the top of the building is spectacular. But be aware that you have to ascend many flights upstairs to get there.
I had an absolutely wonderful tour of Palacio Barolo. Our guide was fantastic — knowledgeable, engaging, warm, and clearly passionate about the building and its history. She brought the entire experience to life by explaining the architecture, the symbolism of Dante’s Divine Comedy, the story of Luis Barolo and Mario Palanti, and the meaning behind so many details I would have missed on my own. What made the tour especially memorable was the way she connected the building’s design to its deeper themes — Hell, Purgatory, and Paradise — while also pointing out the small architectural details, optical illusions, original features, and hidden stories that make Palacio Barolo so unique. The views from the top were breathtaking, but the storytelling is what made the visit unforgettable. This was one of the highlights of my time in Buenos Aires, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.

I have booked many experiences with Viator over several years and have never had a bad outcome until this one. I accidentally booked and paid for the wrong day. When I called to change the date or cancel I was told that this tour is not refundable and not changeable for another day. When I called Viator for help they advised me to go to the venue in person and ask for a change but that also did not work. This is the first time I ever had this issue with a Viator event. Be very careful and very certain about your days and time when you pay for this event
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused. As the ticket issuer, we must follow the cancellation and modification policies established by Palacio Barolo, which unfortunately do not allow changes or refunds once the booking is confirmed. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when the booking was made for the wrong date. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you with a future experience under more favorable circumstances. Tangol Tours
It is very interesting to learn about the history of how it was made and what inspired the creation of this iconic building. It is almost the same concept as the Palacio Salvo in Montevideo, but with fewer symbols in its construction and with a different orientation.
Great guide and very nice tour. Lots of stairs but worth it. Great views of Argentina. Nice history of building.

The building is absolutely gorgeous and was made with some very interesting influences and design motifs. Definitely learned a lot that I would not have know otherwise.
Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed discovering the unique architecture and history of Palacio Barolo. It's always rewarding to hear that the guided tour adds a new perspective. We hope to welcome you again! Tangol Tours
There are too many people on the tour. Elevators only take 7 people, and the top of the lighthouse fits only 12. They should run more frequent tours of smaller people. Tour is mainly in Spanish with some limited English translation. English tours would be great.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed visiting this remarkable building and appreciate your suggestions regarding group size and English-language tours. We'll be sure to share your comments with the venue, as they are always valuable in helping improve the visitor experience. We hope you enjoyed your time in Buenos Aires!
Beautiful building with classic style. Popular tour so book ahead. Nicolas was a patient guide who explained everything in both English and Spanish. There are some narrow stairs to climb up the last several floors, but the panoramic view from the top is well worth it!
Thank you for your lovely review! We're delighted you enjoyed the architecture, the panoramic views, and Nicolás' bilingual explanations. We hope to welcome you back on another experience during your next visit!
Our tour guide , Nicolas, was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The building was possibly one of the most magnificent I’ve seen.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the tour and that Nicolás helped make the experience both informative and entertaining. We hope to see you again soon! Tangol Tours
