The show was excellent - it showed the deep root of Chinese culture and it's compatibility with different cultures. It is a show that should not be missed in the trip in Hangzhou. I booked this just 2 days prior and the tour guide is professional and sorted out the arrangement shortly. The transfer service made me easier in planning my itinerary (the traffic jam around Xihu area should not be underestimated and if the traveller is not familiar with Xihu, this will be a big help). Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing show! I was raining lightly, so we were worried it would be cancelled. But the performers are in the water, and the seats for the audience are covered, so the show goes on even in the rain. Our guide was great - Sunny communicated well before the hotel pick-up so we were not worried. They handled tickets and walked us right into our seating area. Because of the rain, 2 of our 6 seats were wet as they happened to be right under a seam in the roof. Once our guide saw this, she spoke with the head usher, and they moved us to a dry area! I recommend this event and this tour company. And for a totally stress-free evening, pay a bit more like we did to have them pick you up and take you back to your hotel.

Really great event, must see in Handzhou! Enjoyed the beauty, scale and local flavor, all in best Chinese national tradition.

This was one of the most memorable shows I have ever seen and an absolute must-see when visiting Hangzhou. The tour was well organised with great communication from Sunny. Our guide, Helen, was delightful and very efficient. I highly recommend this experience!

First and most important our tour guide Sunny. She was amazing. Days before the event she made sure that I had all of the information needed to prepare for the tour. Additionally she was very accommodating to my changes in Schedule. During the day she made us feel very comfortable with the plan and was very knowledgeable about the places she took us. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Sunny you won’t be disappointed.

The tour guide, Helen was so kind, nice and knowledgeable. The tour operator Sunny was also very responsive and careful. Both were excellent.

The show was spectacular that’s a given, what I was impressed with the most was the costumer service given through the Managment team. The driver was outside my hotel exactly on time with a luxury car filled with water bottles and temperature controlled AC. The contact through sms was excellent and made me feel like they really want you to be as comfortable as possible, and the highlight was Helen. She was waiting for me at the drop off site and was chatting with me gleefully before the show started, she kept recommending places that I should visit and after the drop off still insisted on offering her help when needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend everyone to see the show and experience the service.

This show was amazing, our guide collected us from our hotel and was informative and helpful. Bobby found us a nice place to eat and have coffee before hand. All of us found the show spectacular, and really appreciated the fact that altho we had booked it from New Zealand before we even left the country, the communication and service was faultless.
