Recolhemos os passageiros uma hora antes nos hotéis ou ponto de encontro
Nós pegamos os hóspedes e os levamos em um ônibus com ar condicionado por 1 hora até o Vulcão Totumo. Nosso guia explicará o que você fará e as recomendações que deverá ter ao entrar. Após isso, você terá de 15 a 20 minutos para entrar em seu relaxante banho de lama e desfrutar dessa nova experiência. Além disso, ao final desta etapa, você terá a oportunidade de dar um mergulho na Ciénega del Totumo, que é de água doce, e, por fim, um delicioso café da manhã leve.
Neste local, mergulharemos em uma grande aventura em meio a uma floresta cercada pela natureza, onde você poderá se conectar e relaxar enquanto desfruta de um delicioso coquetel, cercado por praias e piscinas convidativas, até chegarmos a um delicioso almoço, que terá quatro opções mais uma sobremesa leve. Neste belo lugar, você terá a oportunidade de se divertir com diversas atividades, já que conta com quadra de futebol ou vôlei, polo aquático, playground, toboáguas e outros serviços adicionais. Os grandes ônibus turísticos não podem entrar nos bairros Getsemaní e Centro Histórico, por isso se houver clientes hospedados naquela área temos um ponto de encontro que é o monumento da Torre do Relógio.

The experience wasn't as relaxing as i thought. It felt very commercial if that makes sense. The mud bath was nice but they charge like 20 mil pesos for the extra services like "massage" " watching our sandals" etc and it really wasnt "optional" as they claim it to be. The tour guide was nice, driver drove well. However, he lacked on interacting with us and gave little to no information on the history of the volcano. He only gave us some info because we asked him about it. Overall, it was okay.

Went with a big group and they were able to accommodate, though we did get split into two busses given the large group. Some additional costs (light massage in the mud, ladies helping you wash off the mud, any drinks) but very affordable. It was fun for kids and grown-ups.

Nice way to spend a day in Cartagena. Our guide was friendly and spoke good English and prepared us well for the experience. The stop at the beach club for swimming and lunch, which was really good, is the added bonus. You definitely get your monies worth!

The tour was exactly as described. We were picked up at the clock tower in Walled City and proceeded to the mud tour. After the mud tour we proceeded to a beach club where the included lunch was provided. There was a pool and chairs to relax. There was also a bar. The beach was just a few steps away. The lunch was very tasty! The guides were very helpful. We really enjoyed this tour and would do it again! Please consider these things before you go. - Try to get off the bus first so that you can make it to the mud pit first because the line gets long - Bring a towel - VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to have small denominations of Columbian pesos (4 -5,000/per person—we were told about $20K Colombian pesos total) to tip. At the volcano, locals are there to help you along the way. Someone will take your towel and shoes (5K CP)to wait for you after the volcano and lake, someone will use your phone to take pictures (5K CP), someone will give you a massage in the volcano (5K CP), someone will rinse you off in the lake (5K CP). We were told the USD conversion was $9-10 (because the location was remote) for all services. The services were very much worth the money and you have to pay or they will come on the bus to collect!

Our tour guide was very detailed and attentive to our needs. He constantly asked if we had any questions throughout the tour. He ensured that we were safe on both tours. At the beach, he ensured that our lunch and welcome cocktails were ready and to our liking. I also enjoyed the birthday surprise!

It is too busy the small volcano with too many tourists and you have to queue up to go into the mud and you can't stay long in the mud. The area looks like a third world country the restaurants are ugly and expensive. The eco friendly hotel was okay and the lunch was okay.

This was one of the strangest activities but the ones I liked the most was something different the sludge super chevere the activity were very fulfilled with all thank you very much for your advice and recommendations.
