Igreja de St. Hripsime, que foi construída no sepulcro de uma freira cristã Hripsime que fugiu do Império Romano e foi morta na Armênia. Este incrível edifício está de pé desde o dia de sua construção desde 618 d.C., tornando-se uma das igrejas mais antigas do mundo.
5 minutos de carro será a próxima parada: a igreja do século 7 de St. Gayane. Gayane era a babá de Hripsime e compartilhou o trágico destino de Hripsime.
Você poderá observar a primeira catedral cristã do mundo – a sagrada Ejmiatsin, construída em 301-304. Segundo a lenda, Jesus Cristo desceu no mesmo lugar onde o altar da Dispensação hoje se encontra, onde Gregório o Iluminador ordenou a construção da igreja. A catedral é um símbolo da identidade nacional e património armênio, refletindo a tradição cristã profundamente enraizada do país.
A Catedral de Zvartnots, agora em ruínas, é uma catedral armenia do tipo tetraconch, planejada centralmente no século VII, construída pela ordem de Catholicos Nerses o Construtor de 643-652. Segundo a lenda, o nome "Zvartnots" significa "anjos celestiais", inspirado na crença de que os anjos uma vez vigilavam sobre o templo. Está incluído na lista de Patrimônio da UNESCO. Na verdade, todas as igrejas incluídas no passeio, estão listadas no Patrimônio Cultural Mundial da UNESCO.

This tour was amazing. My wife and I opted for the private tour and had just the driver. The tour was really well organised. We had a minor issue locating the vehicle and driver in the morning (to be expected as we were being picked up from a very busy location with heavy traffic) and the staff were quick to help and sort everything out. They were diligent, friendly and efficient. The tour was spectacular with the most amazing sights. The driver, was very professional, cordial and considerate. We ordered vegan food for lunch and were really impressed and touched by the fact that he ordered the same for himself out of consideration for us! Worth mentioning that we had (unfortunately) pre booked another tour with a different provider and we had a very different experience. If we hadn’t pre booked the other tour in advance, we would have chosen Yerani again. Thank you for a most wonderful day!

Everything was great -- pickup from our hotel, the tour itself and then drop off where we requested. The tour conducted by the guide, plus there is also a car driver, so guide's full attention is on you. We really enjoyed the tour and recommend it to everybody, who visits Yerevan for a few days.

We loved the tour. We booked an English speaking driver but Gor, our guide could speak Spanish and did the whole tour in Spanish!!! He also speaks Portuguese. The driver and the car where very good. For a price we added Lake Sevan, Dilijan and fabulous Monasteries. Really worth it. Thanks.
Everything went very well, despite the heat, with enough time to see everything. Very good driver, Karen; Although he didn't speak English, we had no problems understanding him.

We are a couple from Italy and we had 3 private tours with Yerani Travel around Armenia with the fantastic guide Hasmik and the drivers Karen (this one and other two tours in Southern Armenia) . They were very kind. Hasmik really took care of us. She is extremely empathic and professional. The explanations were complete and exhaustive. The lunches were excellent, too (one of us needs to eat gluten free and this has not been a problem). Everything was as we expected. We absolutely suggest!
