Bem-vindo ao nosso sítio Web, Proponho-lhe uma excursão única no coração da baía de Arcachon, com uma visita à maior duna de areia da Europa, uma visita à cidade invernal de Arcachon e uma degustação de ostras num ambiente típico e pitoresco. O guia acompanha-o desde o parque de estacionamento até ao cimo da duna, onde lhe será dada uma descrição dos pontos de observação. Demoramos o nosso tempo com cada pessoa. A cidade de Hiver e o miradouro serão a nossa próxima paragem, com vistas panorâmicas sobre a cidade de Arcachon, as cabanas tchanques e a ilha dos pássaros. Terminaremos com uma prova de ostras no porto de La Teste-de-Buch, um local pitoresco e autêntico face ao turismo de massas. Escolha de 6 a 12 ostras por pessoa com um copo de vinho branco ou rosé. Se não gostar de ostras, pode experimentar camarão ou paté. O ambiente é familiar, amigável e profissional.

Vamos mostrar-lhe o local, explicando-lhe as diferentes caraterísticas da Duna e as diferentes histórias e lendas. Uma vez lá em cima, poderá admirar a vista magnífica. Trata-se de um sítio natural excecional com uma vista deslumbrante sobre toda a baía de Arcachon, o Banc Arguin e a Ile aux Oiseaux.

Interesting. Great fun climbing Dune, but hard work in heat that day which was 30 degrees. Get there early as very popular. Oyster tasting yummy. Our guide, Kevin informative and great fun.
This is pretty much an all day affair. Broken up nicely by the dune hike, then very nice lunch spot, and ending with a walk on the beach or quick dip in Arcachon bay. We had beautiful weather. And kevin was delightful!! He was very entertaining and seemingly very French. Above all, he was considerate and kind to all in the group. I highly recommend going here to see these dunes!!!
The guide is exceptional and a lot of fun. We had a very full day and got to experience a lot. The oyster tasting was amazing and I could’ve had many more. I very much recommend this experience.

Trip is NOT for older people 65+ and certainly not for people not used to strenuous exercise. That being said it is a great trip and the dunes are wonderful. The oysters and shrimp are great and the beach is very nice, not easy to find a changing place but doable. I am 74 and do 5 miles a day on the elliptical and it is not easy. No shade bring water. Guide is very accommodating.
I can’t say enough good things about the Dunes/Oysters Tasting/Arcachon tour. First of all, our guide Kevin picked us up at our hotel, which was such a gift. Not many guides offer that luxury. Kevin was an amazing guide; he was really funny, engaging with everyone, and very knowledgeable. He’s a true local and has many insights and interesting stories about the region. The Dunes were incredible, and the lunch was a once-in-lifetime experience. He chose a restaurant that is off the beaten path, and we indulged ourselves with pâté and escargot to start, great wine, and finally delicious oysters and shrimp. We sat on a beautiful terrace overlooking the water. It was amazing. Arcachon was last, and the beautiful promenade by the ocean was the perfect way to enjoy the sunny weather and stunning scenery. Thank you Kevin for a perfect day. I highly recommend this tour.
Perfect way to see Arcachon and the sea! Wonderful balance of dunes, delicious local oysters, shrimp and wine, and seaside town of Arcachon! Book it!!
Kevin was very attentive from the start. Well explained everything and the doubts were resolved too. The delicious oysters, I had never eaten them this way and it was excellent. We also met the city of Arcachon. I had to get back to Bordeaux for a meeting and Kevin made sure I got there on time. I highly recommend.
It was a great day out! The dune was beautiful and lunch was great. Be aware that the dune walk is strenuous! I'm in reasonably good shape, but I struggled a bit, as did others in our group. Kevin was a friendly helpful guide, but he was much more comfortable with the Spanish speakers than the English speakers. And he switched between extremes of "no hurry, take your time" and "hurry up, we have to rush."
Such an amazing day with some climbing up to and along the dunes and so worth it! Drove to oyster farm area for fresh oysters and a littje free time at neighboring seaside town
