Booked on the day. Fabulous price. We did the 5pm trip so benefitted from the sunset and it was cooler. Superb value for money. Gives you a good perspective of Dubai from the water including many major hotels and landmarks.

Their Viator listing did not mention any age limit of 65 when I booked the tour. We only discovered this after arriving. They initially refused to provide a refund, and we spent over an hour disputing the issue with their staff, with Viator’s assistance, before a full refund was finally issued. It was a complete waste of time and extremely disappointing, especially after paying for transportation only to be turned away. The customer service was unacceptable. Even after I showed the staff the Viator app description, he insisted it was our problem. He also falsely claimed that the refund had already been approved. We later confirmed with Viator that this was untrue. It was not until a manager became involved and made a phone call that the refund was finally released through Viator.
I was told the tour was canceled after i arrived on time and paid for a uber ride. No apology, no compensation. At least 30 mins notice before would do!
We chose Click & Boat Company and did not regret. We took a 2 hour long tour in the Marina, passing the Burj al Arab Hotel and along all the Palm Jumeirah and all the beautiful hotels there (Atlantis the Palm, Atlantis Royal, etc.). Our drivers Sanu and Marvin gave us many explanations that sublimated this beautiful ride. This Marina has a Brickell air to those who know Miami, with the oriental touch as well. The whole family was delighted, I recommend!!
The Dubai Speedboat Tour was an incredible experience! Cruising past the Marina, Atlantis, the Palm, and the Burj Al Arab offered amazing photo opportunities. The ride was fast, fun, and exciting, and the crew made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. A great way to see Dubai from a whole new perspective!

Unfortunately it's their route planner that sends you to the wrong place first unfortunately, but the boat experience is highly recommended if you don't feel like floating around for hours and like a little action this is ideal, nice fast and great view of the sights,
We booked and paid via Viator. We arrived at the venue only to be told that we were too old to go on the trip (60 and 62). We are both very fit and healthy. We were informed it was in the small print but then no-one could show us any terms and conditions anywhere that states this. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to the trip.
