I had a great experience with this tour company. They handled all bookings professionally and sent timely disclaimers, ensuring a smooth process. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout. The Tanura show and fire show were the highlights of the trip—truly mesmerizing! However, the food and belly dancing show could use some improvement. A special mention to our driver, Munir, who was highly professional, took us to fantastic photo spots, and even helped us capture amazing family pictures. Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable experience!
First, our guide Sadhik was very professional and friendly. We appreciate his hospitality. Second, the ride was comfortable, along with the thrilling dune-bashing. Everything was well-organized. The food is really good, especially the BBQ which had just the right amount of everything. Highly recommended!
Excellent service provided by our driver Munir. We had a fabulous time!! Cannot fault anything during this experience. All the other staff also provided exceptional service. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, was provided food and drink in the evening whilst watching various shows eg belly dancing , fire show and star gazing aswel as other shows.
Brilliant trip to the desert. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Activities were all good and they were flexible with start times so we got to do everything although not in the correct sequence Food exceeded expectations. There were 2 of us and we got enough food to feed 6 people. It was good quality The upgrade for a seat and a fan was a good idea. This was October and it was 27 degrees in the desert at night Entertainment was good. Fire act was very good Overall would definitely recommend this company
Once in a lifetime experience. Asif was a pro behind the wheel and the rest of the team were just as professional and welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Dubai. I did the evening show so I could see a desert sunset as well 3 great shows in the evening.
This experience was incredible. I was picked up at my hotel by guide Asif and we made our way to the desert. Once there I enjoyed the activities of quad biking and a camel ride (sand boarding was also an option). This was followed by an amazing 4x4 experience up, down and drifting on the dunes, handled extremely well by Asif. We watched the sunset before making our way back to camp. A delicious meal followed , henna tattoo, and 3 amazing shows, especially the fire show. Asif is amazing at his job not only on the dunes but for the entire trip, providing knowledge of Dubai from the start. I can’t thank you enough for this incredible experience, especially Asif!!
Amazing experience! Sahdik was especially amazing with his excellent dune bashing and photography skills. He was very patient, kind and professional to us. The performers were also all amazing (especially the fire show where we could actually see him drinking kerosine!!!). The food was also very good and the atmosphere was amazing. Everyone from the driver who picked us up to the staff at the camp to the performers, everyone was amazing and thank you for a lovely experience!
Great afternoon / evening trip. Picked up promptly from our Dubai hotel at 2.30pm. We started the afternoon with the quad biking which was great fun. We then had approx a 10 minute camel ride. The sand dunes by 4x4 was great fun. Avoid the back seats as the couple at the back said it was brutal !! We did not do the sand boarding and to be honest didn’t see anyone giving it a try. There is a photographer there taking photos. We bought 1 in a lovely frame for £13. Little gift shop selling small selection of gifts. The evening show was fine when the sun had gone down and the entire area was lit with beautiful lights. The meal and buffet was superb. Far far too much food but excellent in its presentation. There is a bar. We had a beer and a white wine and was charged approx £12. Not bad for Dubai. The shows were traditional and enjoyable. There is a lady offering a free henna tattoo for the ladies. Nice touch st the end is that you are asked to lay on the stage looking at the stars then all the lights are switched off. Really special moment.
Was very fun quad biking was immaculate and I was enthralled throughout my experience with this astonishing establishment
