It was a special occasion (anniversary). As soon as we made the contact, the team immediately came up with the proposal of the balloons, to know what we would like the most. And so it was, they were present without disturbing. The staff that was working, from the Captain, and the two assistants to Rachelle and the colleague, were very professional and friendly.
