Due to severe flight delays, my sister and I unexpectedly had to spend a night in Dubai. We decided to make the best of the situation and look for a late evening sightseeing tour to make use of the few hours we had available. That is how we found our ultimate hero of the day: Tamour. To be completely honest, Tamour quite literally rescued us. We had been accommodated in a hotel for our layover that left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, and we desperately wanted to get out for a few hours. We booked a two-hour tour with Tamour very last minute, and from the very first contact, everything was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Tamour picked us up right on time, and from the moment we got into the car, it felt less like a tour and more like spending time with a good friend. He is an incredibly kind, warm and genuine person who immediately made us feel safe and welcome. Originally, we had only booked a two-hour tour. After hearing about our difficult situation, Tamour generously offered to extend the tour, and accepting that offer was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. His knowledge of Dubai and the UAE is absolutely impressive. Everything he shared was fascinating, and he has a wonderful way of telling stories that keeps you engaged throughout the entire tour. You learn so much without ever feeling overwhelmed or bored. Despite our very late booking and the late hour of the evening, Tamour tailored the entire experience to our interests and made sure we saw everything we hoped to see. Thanks to his planning, we even made it in time for the last fountain show of the evening at the Burj Khalifa, which was truly a magical and unforgettable moment. He answered every question, took his time with us, and showed us places that left us completely amazed. As if that wasn't enough, Tamour also turned out to be an excellent photographer! He used my phone to take countless wonderful photos of my sister and me, giving us beautiful memories that we will cherish for years to come. What started as a travel nightmare ended up becoming one of the most memorable experiences of our trip, thanks entirely to Tamour. I cannot recommend him highly enough, whether you only have a few hours in Dubai or several days. One thing is certain: Tamour has inspired me to return to Dubai one day and properly explore this incredible city and country. And when I do, there is no question who I will book with.
