Extremely well organised and efficient. Abid was an excellent guide and the whole afternoon and evening was varied and enjoyable. It was also very good value and I would recommend.

This experience is a delight from start to finish. Our tour guide Noman was very informative, engaging and fun. The desert, the wildlife, the traditional camp and facilities were amazing. The food was delicious and very very generous. A trip to Dubai is not complete until you have experienced the desert, the food and the camels. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on our Platinum Heritage Tour last night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our driver and guide, Noman, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble. He made us feel very comfortable and looked after us throughout the entire evening. The tour itself was absolutely awesome. The food was amazing, and the camel ride, falcon show and star gazing were all fantastic experiences. Everything was so well organised and gave us a wonderful insight into the culture and beauty of Dubai. A very special evening and one we will remember for a long time. Great experience and perfect for those who can’t do the sand dune driving. The drive there, falcon demo followed by a sensational dinner that we couldn’t do justice to as it was way too much food. Did try camel meat which was very tasty A talk about the stars was also very informative

This excursion was quite excursion but worth every cent. Our guide, Hafiz was so accommodating and lovely and looked after us from start to finish. We saw the Camel Racing Track, were given our head scarf and water bottles. Toilets were clean here. The travel from Dubai to pick up the vintage Land Rover was air conditioned. The Land Rover is open aired but comfortable. We saw lots of gazelles along the way to the camp. The staff were all exceptional. We had a Falcon experience and camel rides, astronomy talks under the dark sky and men dancing and playing music. The food and non-alcoholic drinks were great with a big selection. The food was exceptional. Would highly recommend this excursion.

Unbelievable experience really appreciated writing on the camels in the desert and seeing so much of the Bedouin culture for dinner.

Very cool experience! It seemed authentic, we saw a lot of animals and the food was delicious - couldn’t ask for more.

Due to serious circumstances, we had to cancel our desert safari booking several days before the departure date. We were very worried about losing our money. However Platinum Heritage Dubai acted very professionally and with great empathy. They gave us several options how to solve this issue and in the end we got a full refund without any problems. I am sure that we will book another safari if we are visiting Dubai in the future. We can highly recommend this company for their communication and customer service.
