Worst experience i got from them i booked a trip and in the end got message the trip got cancelled and it's been more than a month they have not given the refund. Everytime they say its still in process. Worst management

Terrible experience I had with rayna tours dhow cruise on 27.Dec.2025 and ended up losing the money without being able to enjoy the trip. We encountered several issues that led to this unfortunate, difficulty to reach the cruise in-charge, he only has whatsup calls, Despite several attempts to contact him from a Dubai number, he never responded, leaving us in a very frustrating situation.

I am very disappointed with my recent dhow cruise experience with Rayna Tours. I came with my wife, infant, and parents who are visiting me, expecting a good evening — but unfortunately, it was the opposite. The food quality was extremely poor. For example, the “vegetable pasta” was completely dry and had no vegetables at all (photo attached). The overall food was nowhere near the standard I expected, especially considering the price. It did not feel like value for money. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly, but when I addressed the food issue, nothing was done about it. I have personally referred more than 50 people to Rayna Tours in the past and have also booked for many friends and relatives, but this experience was highly disappointing. I will not be recommending the dhow cruise further.

From start to finish, I highly recommend this evening cruise. The buffet dinner was both generous and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere on board was calm and enjoyable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. What truly stood out was the staff — exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive at all times. The boat itself was also elegant and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the experience. A truly memorable evening.

Absolute shambles of a company. In Dubai for our 40th Anniversary so booked this trip to celebrate. Sat in reception from 18.30 to 19.00 with no sign of our pick up. Rang the company who said we had no pick up and had to make our own way. It clearly states on our itinerary that our pick up was our hotel ( I have included this in the review) So thank you for spoiling our special night and the extra cost of finding another restaurant. I feel the least you can do is refund me our money.

We had an unforgettable evening on the Dhow cruise dinner! The service was exceptional with attentive staff ensuring every need was met.The food was delicious and plentiful.The live entertainment, including music and the Tanoura dance.special mention to Mr.Michel for organizing this fantastic experience.Highly recommend!

The overall experience was very good. And kapil me in all respect. He make my 10th Anniversary memorable. And the staff was also very polite and helping the people and quality of the food is up to the mark for Vegetarian.
