The driver was two hours late in arriving, so do not think we saw all we were suppose to see. He said he was given an incorrect address to pick us up. Very disappointing!

Personal attention and attention. Would like to have avoided the carpet art museum. Not what I expected.

I have been living in Dubai for fifteen years now. My sister and brother-in-law were visiting Dubai for the first time and I was all excited to show them the place. My colleagues at work advised me to book from Dubai Travelism instead of doing it on our own, which I did and realized that it was the right thing to do. Mr Muhammad was the tour guide for them and they enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Even I was surprised to know about the places they visited and the detailed history and information provided by Mr Mohammad. Now I feel that I do not know much about Dubai myself. I will also do the tour sometime. The vehicle provided was very good and Mr Mohammad was very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Dubai Travelism and their courteous team for everybody.

The day of our tour the guide informed us of our pickup time via WhatsApp. Muhammad our guide was friendly, funny and provided us with lots of facts about our surroundings. It was an amazing half day city tour with Mr Muhammed, he gave us so much information about the Dubai and UAE. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, polite and sociable. Would definitely recommend him for any kind of tour in Dubai and would request for their sevice anytime we visit dubai again. He reached our hotel on time and after visiting major attractions he dropped us back to hotel on time as well. The vehicle was big, worth the money and time. He gives water bottles to guests during the tour which was a nice gesture.
