This was one of the best tours I joined in Dubai. The views were spectacular, especially at the Palm and Dubai Frame. The guide was professional and helpful, and the timing at each location was perfect. A great way to explore the city in a short time.

Walking through the historic areas, souks, and Dubai Creek gave us a deeper understanding of the city beyond the modern skyline. The guide was passionate and engaging, and the tastings were a lovely touch. Truly an enjoyable and educational experience.

This tour was a great way to explore Dubai in a short time. The views of Palm Jumeirah were stunning, and seeing Dubai Frame up close was impressive. Everything was well organized and the guide was very helpful. Highly recommended for first-time visitors.

Wonderful tour guide, but poor experience overall. First, and I'm unclear if this is the fault of Viator or Mohamed Mala Tourism (tour operator) but when I booked this tour (weeks in advance), the booking portal allowed me to select a pick-up location at my hotel in Sharjah from a pull-down menu. The evening prior to my tour (and once it was past the time I could get a refund) I was notified that I could not be picked up at my hotel and would have to get myself to Dubai. Next, the driver seemed unfocused; there were obvious communication issues between the driver and the guide about drop-off and pick up locations within the tour, which resulted in lost time, which was an issue since the tour began almost a half hour late. Once the driver started to drive away without all of the guests (there were only 3) and the driver stopped him. The tour was listed as a 5 hour (approximate) length, and I had to leave for another appointment after five and a half hours. At that point we had not gotten to almost half of what was supposed to be included. We did not get to the Dubai mall, Dubai fountain, Dubai ice rink, nor did we go anywhere near the Burj Kalifa, where we were supposed to have a photo stop. And one location (Aquarium at Aquaventure) was closed, which should have saved us time. The places we did visit were wonderful and the guide was great, but this tour operator did not deliver what as promised, so I cannot recommend them.

Although the guide and the driver are very nice, we felt being cheated by the tour provider. The actual trip did not do anything on the original itinerary that required an admission ticket. For instance, it did not do monorail ride thru Palm Jumeirah, it did not give entry to View the Palm Jumeirah, and neither did it do Atlantis Lost Chambers Aquarium at the Aquaventure World. We purchased this tour because of its specific itinerary which the tour company did not fulfill. Very bad!
