O Dragonback Trek tem sido minha jornada de assinatura nos últimos 11 anos, oferecendo uma excelente visão única na vida. Esta é uma viagem de trekking totalmente guiada com um anfitrião alegre. O tamanho do grupo é mantido muito pequeno e pessoal para conforto e segurança de 2 a 6 pessoas no máximo. Uma curta viagem de carro de 30 minutos do centro da cidade de Kuala Lumpur o levaria a um subúrbio local da Malásia. No topo do cume, espere obter uma vista panorâmica da selva virgem intocada de um lado e da cidade de KL do outro. A caminhada inteira levará cerca de 2,5 a 3 horas (dependendo do nível de condicionamento físico), incluindo paradas para descanso e sessões de fotos. Vamos buscá-lo bem cedo pela manhã em sua acomodação no Airbnb às 6h30. As viagens geralmente duram das 6h30 às 11h30, horário local. Uma roupa nova (camiseta, shorts e chinelos) tornaria a experiência ainda mais confortável, pois você ficaria super suado, mas satisfeito após a caminhada.

Amazing trek in the jungle, found some beautiful insects along our trek, the guide was also friendly and knowledgeable, he told us various stories about the place and the history of Malaysia, he also took great pictures of us! The view from the wedge was also spectacular, you can see the whole city and on the other side the lake which is the water supply for KL.
This trail is really nice and only a 20-minute drive away from the centre of KL. From the moment I booked, communication with Ben has been impeccable. He is really knowledgeable about the region and a great trail partner to have! The view is simply amazing from up there and the local breakfast at the end was an unexpected special treat! I will go back for sure on my next business trip to KL!
Our family (with 8 and 10yo kids) had a wonderful time hiking Dragon Back with Ben! Ben was quick to pick up on our interests and abilities, adjusting and tailoring the experience for us. We had good conversations, and he shared insights into plants, animals, and Malaysian culture/society while hiking. He was friendly and patient with our kids when they stopped to examine “one more” crystal over and over again. The hike itself was beautiful— jungle forest, rocky quartz ridge and ledges, steep at times. As we hiked, we saw monkeys, saw a huge stick bug, and heard gibbons in the distance.
Great morning with Ben! Hike and timing were perfect. Quick snack on the way back topped off the excellent morning. Views were excellent. Time well spent. A KL top 10! Thanks Ben!!
We booked this trip last minute with Ben and we do not regret it. Ben was a great guide from start to end. He picked us up, took us to the hiking point, then to breakfast/brunch and dropped us off at the Batu Caves. He was well equipped and we felt safe in his hands. Thanks for a great hike/tour!
Great experience with my 10 year old son. The track was challenging enough such that it was rewarding but not arduous. Scenery was spectacular, jungle was phenomenal. Ben was an exceptional guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the environment we were in and offered some good insights about KL and Malaysia along the journey. Really well organised.
