Thank you to our fantastic guide Tiago for this amazing experience! It was a great experience with lots of local snacks and amazing wines. The lunsj we got served was fresh and so great, with very good wines. Tiago shared so much of his knowledge from the areas history to the wine production in the Douro valley. The boat trip was so nice to see lots of the spectacular landscape in the valley, and every guide was so nice and full of knowledge. The wineries was really fun, and it was lovely to taste lots of different port wines. It was truly one of the best days, and I highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Our tour of the Douro Valley was an unforgettable experience. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the vineyards, rolling hills, and Douro River. The tour was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day enjoyable from start to finish. We also loved visiting the wineries and learning about the region’s wine-making traditions. The wine tasting was a particular highlight! I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portugal. It’s a wonderful way to discover the beauty, culture, and flavors of the Douro Valley.

Had champs and a croissant at a cute little bakery on the side of the river. Then onto wineries, lunch, river cruise. It was a great day. We got along so well with our guide Joao, that we all met up later for drinks.
Nuno collected us from the hotel bang on time. His knowledge of the area, of wine making processes and history really brought the trip alive. All the locations we visited were interesting and flavoursome. The boat trip was lovely and relaxing. Overall it was an excellent trip and well worth the money. Book today (with Nuno)!
We had an amazing day and experience with our tour guide, Thiago. He was personable and knowledgeable. But most importantly, he has true joy for the work that he does. He also made sure that we were always safe, comfortable and having a great time! This tour was a great way to start exploring Douro Valley and we highly recommend it as two Portuguese citizens!!
Tiago was excellent! His knowledge and professionalism was the best part of the day…along with the lovely wines of course! Would definitely recommend for solo travellers, couples or small groups. The length of the tour was great - we had a full day of exploring and tasting but still got back into Porto town centre early enough to continue exploring and enjoy the night life.
