A lovely morning on the canals with Katrina who was so knowledgeable and personable. She even called me and offered to do a one-on-one guided tour due to the heat index (as I was originally scheduled for the afternoon). We saw so much wildlife from beautiful birds to turtles and gators! I’ll definitely return!

Katrina gave us a wonderful tour of the canal. I had no idea how beautiful it was. She knew all the birds and wildlife and was so much fun to be with. Being only our 2nd time kayaking, we were not particularly good at it, but she was extremely patient and helpful in getting us steered down the canal. It is shady and beautiful and an easy fun trip to do, regardless of skill level. Perfect for nature lovers or anyone wanting a relaxing experience.

Very well organized! The tour was beautiful. The canels were truly enchanting. We saw so many birds, turtles and alligators. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gracious about our paddling skills. The kids had a wonderful time. We all really enjoyed it.

Katrina, our guide, was so warm and knowledgeable. We did this trip for a Fathers Day gift, and my husband, kids and I loved it. We saw alligators, lots of bird life and turtles, as well as eagle nests pointed out by Katrina. It was so beautiful to explore natural Florida, and Bru after was the perfect place to experience the local town of Tavares. We felt so welcomed and the beer samples were delicious, we even bought some to take home.

Katrina was very knowledgeable of the ecosystem, the history of the canal, and the local wildlife!!! Saw numerous birds, alligators and beautiful lake Dora!!! The paddle up and down the canal was very nice and easy to navigate even with boats passing through. The Bru Pub after the paddle was a great touch and nice way to remember the day!!! Go see Katrina, highly recommended!!

We had a great time on the Dora Canal with Katrina. We saw many different species of birds and several alligators and turtles. It was so nice to be paddle boarding through such a beautiful area getting back to nature. Katrina’s knowledge of the canal, the wildlife and area was a huge bonus. The Bru Pub we went to afterwards was a nice ending to a fun adventure! We would highly recommend you check her out!!
