Doi Inthanon National Park with Nature Trail Excursão de 1 dia

Pick up was from our hotel was great Our guide was very friendly and enthusiastic The trail was well managed and guide told us about the local tribe We visited the local hill village During our lunch which was well catered for the weather turned bad. We continued our tour despite poor visibility and soaked to our skins Only found out this was normal and not told prior to the tour
Tour according to plan. Our guide Jack was super - he answered every question and was interested in us understanding the history and background. An absolutely great experience. Thanks for that!
Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut uns zu hören, dass Ihnen das Erlebnis gefallen hat. Ihre freundlichen Worte werden an den Reiseleiter weitergegeben.
With rain and fog, we didn’t see much at the pagodas but Choo was great in helping us understand the history of the area and made some great jokes along the way! The trek was the best part! The beautiful landscape and generosity of the locals was magnificent. Ending with a tea/coffee tasting topped off a great trip!
Here's a more polished and natural version: Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your experience. Your kind words will be shared with Choo, your tour guide, who will be happy to know that their efforts were appreciated.
Overall, we are glad we did this tour because it did hit the highlights of Doi Inthanon National Park. However, be forewarned that this tour was more like 12 hours and you don’t eat lunch until about 3/3:30 so it is a very long day. I think if the timing and organization were improved, the overall experience would be much better!
Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding the late lunch and will share your comments with the relevant team members for review and improvement.
This was a full but very fun day with our guide Kahn and driver Sam. Door to door our trip was from 7am to 6pm. We stopped at the waterfall, did some market shopping, and hiked two hours to the highest peak in Thailand. The trek was fabulous with breathtaking views. Note the incline is steep and there are many stairs. After hiking we visited two pagodas and enjoyed a late lunch at an outdoor restaurant. Then stopped to sample coffee and tea at a local growers market. Kahn was very personable and friendly. A beautiful memory of our trip to Thailand.
Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience. We will pass along your kind words to the tour guide and driver, who will be pleased to know that their efforts helped make your visit memorable and were appreciated.
The overall experience was wonderful. We were picked up from our hotel within our window. We were lucky that our group was quite small so made everything much easier, moving, trekking, waiting at bathroom stops. Galaya our guide was very sweet and she was super energetic and made us try different fruit and made sure our needs were covered. She took a ton of photos as well and sent them to us at the very end. The day trip is generally long and gets hectic, so be prepared with some snacks. Lunch was towards the very end so any fruit or snacks we bought were essential for energy levels. The 2.5km trek is about 2.5h for a small fit group of people, I’d say it could take longer if you have people on your group who need to go at a slower pace. We literally ran a lot, any steps going up we’d run and rest but also stopped a lot for photos and some historic info. Make sure you have a rain jacket (may weather), good shoes (climbing are best but we had regular running and cross fit shoes on and it was fine, a bit slippery). The drive from and back to Chiang Mai didn’t feel super long, about 1.5h but went by pretty quick and our driver was also fast, very sweet man. Because we went in May, we couldn’t see the gorgeous views of the village from above when reaching the peak because of the fog so keep that in mind for rain season.

Our guide on the trip on may 4th was so lovely and knowledgeable- shared a lot about his own experience as a member of Karen tribe and the region we were in. The hike was beautiful and appropriately challenging at times — you will work up a sweat! The views were really amazing and this felt like a unique and special experience to have when visiting chiang mai

this was a great day trip experience! Our tour guide, Jackue, was super knowledgeable about the park and Thai history. The views themselves were lovely, plenty of time to take pictures. The trek is moderately rigorous. There isn’t too much time to take breaks during the 2-hour trek, but it was definitely worth the views we saw. Would highly recommend bringing a light jacket and extra water. The buffet lunch was delicious and I also enjoyed the coffee from the Karan village. This is a great trip for people who want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time in nature!

Great experience! The guide was funny and full of energy, it was a pleasure to have shared this experience with her. We had plenty of eyes on it. Incredible landscapes, visit the Karen and share the meal a delight, tasting their coffee, indescribable! I recommend!
