The Guide is kind. I was in a hurry because I couldn't quite understand English, but there are local people who understand Japanese. It was my first time, but I enjoyed it.

Had any amazing experience with Bali Sun tours, my guide Joe was incredible. He was so nice, and extremely helpful, He's was able to provided me with a device to but my phone in and a way to secure my glasses. Ensuring all of my belongs stayed safe while in the water. We had an amazing time doing the half hour jet ski. Our driver, Joe, was excellent. He was very friendly and prompt, with great conversation. Would definitely recommend.

Ketut was an amazing driver and guide. Very funny and made us teen comfortable. He was very patient and even managed to give us a discount for the donut. Would definitely recommned!

Awesome service - driver picked us up promptly from hotel lobby and spoke good english. Good place for beginners to try scuba diving and allows use of the jet skis without instructor. Saw plenty fish and other marine wildlife, got to feed them too! Only cons was the scuba diving equipment - ran out of oxygen in the middle of the dive, surely that would be the first thing you check? Overall, a positive experience.
