Descubra a vibrante cidade de Roterdão nesta excitante excursão de ±3 horas de bicicleta. Começamos no centro cultural "OASE", onde você vai encontrar seu Guia em "Give a Bike", uma organização local de base que dá velhas bicicletas uma segunda vida e apoia a comunidade. O espaço também abriga um pequeno museu de bicicletas pop-up, com uma coleção de bicicletas históricas e incomuns que adiciona ao caráter único do ponto de partida. De lá, você vai andar de bicicleta para alguns dos locais mais famosos de Roterdão e lugares históricos enquanto aprende sobre a história única da cidade, arquitetura moderna e cultura local. Como estamos apenas recentemente começando, atualmente temos cerca de 15 bicicletas e geralmente executamos nossos passeios com pequenos grupos. Muitas vezes não estamos totalmente reservados, dando-lhe mais atenção pessoal e a oportunidade de conhecer seu Guia e outros ciclistas. Nossa primeira parada será em frente ao Hotel New York. Vamos contar sobre sua história e uso atual. Também de lá teremos uma grande vista sobre o chamado 'tornado' que é o novo Museu Fenix de Migração.
Caminharemos sobre o Erasmusbrug em direção ao distrito marítimo, onde pararemos no Memorial de Guerra de Roterdão da Segunda Guerra Mundial. Vamos falar sobre a ponte e dar uma breve história de Roterdão em relação à Segunda Guerra Mundial.
Pararemos no bairro de transporte na fonte que antes era no centro da cidade. Esta parte característica de Roterdão lhe dará um vislumbre do que Roterdão usava para parecer antes da guerra.
O chamado “Museum Quarter” é um lugar em Roterdão onde estão baseados alguns dos museus mais proeminentes de Roterdão, conectados pelo parque do Museu. Vamos fazer uma parada perto do New Institute olhando para o novo Art Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, um dos mais recentes ícones que foi adicionado a Rotterdam e o primeiro depósito de arte acessível ao público no mundo! Haverá uma oportunidade para uma pausa de 15 a 20 minutos em uma das ruas de compras mais antigas de Roterdão, De Oude Binnenweg. A duração da pausa depende do tamanho e das necessidades do grupo e pode ser ajustada no local. Durante a pausa, podemos ficar juntos em um bar de café ou você pode optar por passear e explorar por conta própria. Este momento é ideal para socializar, obter recomendações, aquecer, esfriar, ou simplesmente usar o banheiro. Por favor, note que as bebidas não estão incluídas.
Nossa última parada antes de trazer de volta as bicicletas será em frente à histórica prefeitura de Roterdão.

The Market Hall (2014) tornou Rotterdam mais famosa e é um mercado interior moderno com muita comida e cores! Também a chamamos nossa moderna Capela Sistina e você descobrirá por quê!

It was a really special cycling tour, because the guide, named Elmer, is connected to Rotterdam with his heart and this is what he transfers to his tour members. So you'll get a very different and diverse view to Rotterdam and get knowledge about the history, art, education and way of life. I had an very interesting and very funny time on this tour. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide, nice route, good bikes. I enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Rotterdam on a bike.
We had such a wonderful experience on this bike tour! We traveled from the U.S. to Holland with our family to share our Dutch heritage with our children, and exploring Rotterdam by bike ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We had a fairly large group, and they went above and beyond to accommodate all of us, including my daughter and her service dog. Everything was handled so easily and graciously, which we really appreciated. Our guide, Elmer, was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. We saw so much of Rotterdam, learned about its history and culture, and got to experience the city the way so many locals do—on two wheels. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rotterdam. It was a memorable part of a very meaningful family trip and an experience we’re so glad we included!!
Very knowledgeable guide. He took care to make sure the other couple, who did not have much cycling experience, were safe and comfortable to navigate the busy city. We learnt a lot about the history and future plans for the city. Highly recommended.
The best way to get to know the center of Rotterdam in 3 hours with a wonderful guide like Elmer. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride. I highly recommend it
A wonderful bike tour of Rotterdam with Elmer, a personable local who loves introducing people to his city. This is a comprehensive tour of over three hours that gives you the opportunity to get to know the city in depth in a way a bus tour doesn't. Elmer was patient and accommodating, taking time to answer questions and customize the tour to our interests. He clearly enjoys what he does. We had a great time.

An amazing bike tour around the city of Rotterdam with a very knowledge and fun tour guide! Learned all about the history, culture, and architecture of the city. And the guide was kind enough to point out some local spots for excellent food/drinks as well as other fun activities to do in the city. Would highly recommend!

Biking through Rotterdam gave me the time to see multiple areas of the city. Elmer took the time at each location to provide historical background and the story behind them. The cycling was easily manageable for any level of experience. This tour was interesting and enjoyable. I would recommend booking with Elmer as he was very engaging and gave us the opportunity to ask questions. He provided more than a summary of each location.
