Our guide knew Ghent (or Gent!) inside out, having lived in this lovely medieval city for many years. He was friendly yet professional throughout the walk and enjoyed telling us many, many engaging stories about the city he calls home and clearly loves!😊
Terrible. The tour operator was very vague where to meet and wasn't rhere. I messaged him and he said he was coming to get us. He never showed up or tried to coordinate with us. We had traveled all the way brussels and this was a complete waste of money and precious little time.
These guests did not even show up! I mailed them when they booked our meeting point, mailed them when I was starting and they were not there, searched for them and said several times where they could find me! That is not honest: not showing up and writing a bad review…
Wim was very knowledgeable about the city and had a real passion. We enjoyed the tour and learning history. Could have had more chocolate!!
Very knowledgeable young man, very passionate about Ghent, well prepared with photos showing how buildings looked in the past and the painting in the Cathedral. Would have no problem recommending him to anyone.
Our tour guide Wim was excellent, he was so knowledgeable about his city and gave us so much information, the tour was fun and it kept a good pace so we saw all the important aspects. The chocolates were fab! We really recommend this tour.
