Na magnífica Catarata do Reno, a maior catarata da Europa, você desfrutará de um curto passeio de barco que o levará bem perto das poderosas cascadas, oferecendo uma vista e experiência inesquecíveis das cataratas.

Our tour guide (Ben) was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, very accommodating and made sure we were all having fun! He also was kind enough to go get the car if the walk back was uphill in the scorching heat! Highly recommended.

It was an excellent tour. Ben our tour guide was phenomenal ! He made the tour very interactive and it was superb. He was patient, provided information of countries, locations and educated us throughout the day. Ben is very knowledgeable. He even provided recommendations on restaurants, chocolate stores etc. He got us treats in Germany and Austria. I 1000% recommend this tour and Ben is a must! Thank you.

We were extremely disappointed with this your because it got canceled 2 days before. @1 week before, we got contacted asking us if we wanted to changed the date. We responded “no” because we already had other tours planned for our time in Switzerland. Therefore, the plan stayed as originally scheduled. Then 2 days before, we got contacted once again, however , this time the company said that the tours guide had an “emergency” and our tour had to be cancelled. This was very unprofessional. I feel that either they didn’t get enough people that booked the tour on that date, or they simply didn’t feel like doing the tour. Extremely dissatisfied. We booked this tour months ahead and all of a sudden we had to make changes to our plans and missed out on an activity we were looking forward to.
We completely understand your disappointment, but your assumptions are simply false. Suggesting that we canceled because we "didn't get enough people" or "didn't feel like doing the tour" is disrespectful both to our company and to the guide.We informed you as soon as we knew—two days in advance—and even offered an alternative tour, giving you time to book another activity if you preferred. Making accusations without any evidence is unfair and shows a lack of respect for the people behind this activity, who work hard to provide quality experiences even when faced with unexpected emergencies.
My friend and I booked this tour through Viator. Our guide was John and he made this tour truly enjoyable. There were a total of 8 people and everyone was friendly. My favorite destinations were Rhine Falls and Lindau.

I recently completed the discover 4 countries in one day from Zurich. Highly recommended if you are short on time. Our guide Ben was very knowledgeable, friendly and kept everything well organized. He showed us key places in each country. This experience will be in our top ten travels. I would definitely book another small group tour in the future.

What a great day! This was definitely one of the most memorable travel experiences we've ever had. Our guide, Ben, was fantastic. From the moment we set off, he kept us interested with great stories about every town we passed through and gave us a really interesting look at the history, culture, and traditions of each country we visited.
