O passeio termina no Antico Casale, onde você encontra o enólogo e depois visita as vinhas e as adegas. Aprenda como o vinho é produzido e talvez até prove uma uva fresca da vinha. Após o passeio pela vinícola, você se sentará para uma sessão de degustação e experimentará 3 variedades de vinho produzidas aqui. O primeiro vinho que você provará é um Frascati DOCG branco, o que significa que o vinho tem sua denominação de origem garantida. O segundo é um IGP de vinho tinto, com indicação geográfica protegida. E por último mas não menos importante, prove um doce vinho Cannellino. Cada vinho é combinado com uma deliciosa especialidade italiana, como pizza romana ou azeite de oliva, além de frutas e legumes da estação do jardim.

Charming family vineyard. Perfect experience if you only have a few hours. We tried 3 different wines, each accompanied with a little snack. Would definitely recommend to escape the summer heat in the city for a few hours.

I thought we would go on a longer tour of the vineyards. Actually, we didn't tour at all. We looked at the grape vines and went right into the tasting room. Our sommelier, Valentina, was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed listening and learning from her.

Depending on the season and winery operations, the outdoor vineyard portion may be limited to a brief walk among the vines rather than an extended vineyard tour.

Tour was nothing like was described . Only 2.5 hours , there was no pizza or fruit and vegetables from garden . Wine was marginal at best . Over priced , better things you can do for 225 a person We had 3 testing , 2 small pieces of bread with a tablespoon of olive oil with three small pieces of cheese .

Upon arrival in the vineyard, we really enjoyed the presentation conducted by Luca, the owner's son. We also enjoyed the wine tasting of 3 different wines produced at the vineyard in small batches (white, rose and red), along with bread, tomatoes and olive oil. What we DID NOT LIKE AT ALL was the driver's attitude. He was hysterical all the time, and in avery bad manner he pushed us to cut the visit SHORT because he said he had to get back to Rome. We did not get a chance to tour the cellar (he called Luca to have us return to the vehicle without that part of the visit. Again, the driver's behavior was very unpleasant and (unfortunately) made the tour not really enjoyable.
