A nossa adega é especializada na produção exclusiva de Cartizze: a linha topo de gama do Prosecco, e as nossas vinhas são cultivadas organicamente. Oferecemos uma degustação guiada dos nossos 4 espumantes, com análise sensorial detalhada, para aprender a degustar um vinho através de um mini curso de sommelier. Após a degustação acompanhada de petiscos doces e salgados, nosso passeio ao ar livre permitirá que você conheça o processo de produção e cultivo conhecendo as centenárias vinhas Cartizze, cultivadas organicamente sem produtos quimicamente sintetizados.

Um dos nossos guias irá acompanhá-lo durante a experiência de degustação que inclui uma breve explicação do território Prosecco com especial atenção ao seu Cru, o Cartizze. A seguir será realizada uma análise sensorial de quatro espumantes Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze: 1 taça de Cartizze BRUT • 1 taça de Cartizze DRY • 1 taça de Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 taça de Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. Continuamos no exterior com uma visita à adega e à vinha biológica onde serão ilustrados os métodos de vinificação e algumas noções sobre o cuidado da vinha e sobre o cultivo ORGÂNICO. A experiência termina no nosso Photo Point panorâmico!

A beautiful experience, friendly and highly skilled staff, the tasting was accompanied by an engaging and very interesting explanation. I recommend this activity, which is a blend of taste and relaxation, immersed in the vineyards of the Pdc Cartizze winery. Congratulations to the staff.
PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.

Beautiful location and their Prosecco was very good, especially the Brut & Extra Dry. 4 wines in the tasting and a light lunch. Just felt that the wines were poured a little quick as we never finished the previous one before the next was poured.
We had a tasting on a cold and rainy day but with the warmth of your prosecco and the beautiful presentation that was made to us we warmed up. Thank you!!
