Wonderful tasting of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. The pomegranate balsamic was my favorite as well as the terrace Verde was my favorite olive oil. Ordering a bunch when we get home!

Very nice place to visit. They have some very good olive oil, verity of flavors. Friendly staff. Not crowded.

We had an excellent time at the olive oil and balsamic tasting event. It was a fantastic way to deepen our understanding of these products. If you've never experienced the "burn" of high-quality olive oil, you absolutely need to attend this event. The tasting provided an impressive range of their products, along with thoughtful menu suggestions that are sure to enhance any diet. We attended yesterday, and I'm thrilled to say we already used the balsamic in our dinner tonight. It transformed our Brussels sprouts into a delicious dish. Everything about the experience was enjoyable, especially our knowledgeable presenter who made the event engaging and educational. We will be back for more olive oil and balsamic. Highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in elevating their culinary skills.

The staff were extremely friendly. The location is beautiful, easy to find and get to. And the product they make is down right amazing!!!

Unique and fun experience trying olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a variety of different and delicious flavors. Beautiful location and an entertaining and knowledgeable host.

My husband and I did an olive oil and balsamic vinegar tour. We had an absolute blast. I learned so much about EVOO and vinegar that I didn’t know. The host was very informative and friendly. She really seems to know and love the products. We tried prickly pear lemonade and it was delicious. The only problem was wanting to buy everything!! I highly recommend this place.

We had the best time tasting olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The lady doing the testing was very knowledgeable and friendly. The oils and vinegars were absolutely delicious. The only downside to this is how much money we spent because everything was so good. I wish we had eaten lunch there. We did have a prickly pear drink and wish I had bought 5 more. I highly recommend going on this tour.

On our way to Fredericksburg for a short sister break, we noticed a sign leading us here. Small but lovely and full of unique Christmas gifts. A wide variety of balsamic vinegar and olive oil and other seasonings. Another surprise was the bistro. The food looks wonderful and we plan on eating here on our way back to Austin

We arrive about 15 minutes before closing and they could not have been nicer. They sat us down for a tasting, spent time explaining while we explored the traditional and Texas flights. Both were amazing. My daughter LOVED the variety of vinegars. They were delicious! It was her favorite stop of the day!

We are on a couples unplugged weekend trip to Dripping Springs and booked a tasting and tour for the olive grove. We arrived and had a drink and the bar waiting for the tour to start. I highly recommend the wild cherry mimosa and peach mimosa. Then we took a tour of the orchard which was abbreviated due to the 2021 freeze that killed all 1500 trees. They took cuttings and replanted as our guide explained in the grove. We went inside to the tasting room and sat in an elegant dining room off the main floor. We learned a lot about olive oil and balsamic vinegar as well as the many taste profiles they offer. We followed all of this with lunch at the bistro and the food was amazing.
