The place is very small and they do not have a descriptive program. There are no changes of glass, which mixes the flavors of the wines.

La reservación realizada correspondía a una degustación, la cual tiene un formato más relajado y diferente a una cata guiada o experiencia sensorial, donde sí se incluyen cambios de copa y una explicación más detallada del vino y proceso. En la vinícola contamos con folletos informativos y un recorrido por las instalaciones para complementar la visita, aunque entendemos que cada visitante puede tener expectativas distintas sobre el formato de la experiencia. Apreciamos mucho tus observaciones, ya que nos ayudan a comunicar mejor las diferencias entre nuestras experiencias. Para quienes buscan una experiencia más profunda enológica, también contamos con catas sensoriales y recorridos más completos en Rondo del Valle, en el corazón del Valle de Guadalupe. 🍷🌿
I loved the warmth with which they received me. Best of all was Romina’s treatment as she took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. You can tell they love what they do and that carried over into my experience. Mega I recommend this experience, and more if you go alone or alone.

Had a great time and this very well kept venue. We walked in and were welcomed by the host and wine expert Romina. She took the time to explain the difference between all 5 tastings before each pour. She had such a soft and welcoming voice and we were both glued to what she was saying. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in this part of the baja of Mexico.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. When we arrived, we were given a glass of wine. Then we toured the vineyard after we head down to the seller, where the tour guide was giving us the rundown on how the wine is made. We celebrated our engagement and the host was nice enough to give us a few little extra drinks.

What an amazing experience! It was raining so we couldn't tour the lavender fields but the staff made our experience so incredible. I will definitely be back when we have sunshine.
