Este não é um passeio qualquer: é uma oportunidade única de descobrir La Palma através de um itinerário pessoalmente elaborado por Basso Lanzone, guia oficial com anos de experiência nas Ilhas Canárias. Cada parada foi escolhida para mostrar os aspectos mais autênticos e espetaculares da ilha em um único dia. Começamos visitando sua encantadora capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma, com suas ruas coloniais, varandas de madeira e atmosfera única. De lá, subiremos até o mirante La Cumbrecita, no Parque Nacional Caldera de Taburiente, para desfrutar de vistas de tirar o fôlego. O momento mais impressionante acontece em Tacande, onde nos aproximaremos do vulcão Tajogaite (Cumbre Vieja), nascido em 19 de setembro de 2021, percorrendo a estrada construída sobre lava. Você verá com seus próprios olhos o poder da natureza e a área onde um bairro inteiro desapareceu.

A balsa sai do porto de Los Cristianos com destino a Santa Cruz de La Palma às 8h30.
A primeira paragem será na capital, onde terá tempo livre (aproximadamente 30 minutos), para poder conhecer alguns dos locais mais emblemáticos como: O Barco da Virgem, é uma reprodução do Santa María a bordo do qual Cristóvão Colombo descobriu a América e foi construído em memória dos marinheiros de palma que aqui partiram com veleiros feitos de madeira de nossas montanhas. No seu interior encontra-se o museu naval com cartas navais e reproduções de alguns destes navios feitos na ilha. O Castelo de Santa Catalina, que foi um dos mais importantes da Espanha na rota para as Américas. As varandas típicas que são um dos melhores conjuntos de varandas ou saliências que se conservam nas Ilhas Canárias. Destaque para as varandas duplas que foram construídas para ventilar as casas.
Faremos uma parada para ver esta paisagem protegida e observar a capital da cratera do vulcão La Caldereta.
A próxima parada será na zona de exclusão do bairro de Tacande, onde você terá uma primeira visão do vulcão e depois seguirá para Tazacorte, vendo os fluxos de lava mais jovens da Espanha.
Faremos uma parada no mirante de Tajuya para observar o vulcão Cumbre Vieja que nasceu em 19 de setembro de 2021, que destruiu mais de 1.000 casas durante sua erupção. Este lugar tem sido usado pela imprensa de todo o mundo para registrar a última erupção das Ilhas Canárias.
O ferry parte de Santa Cruz de La Palma para o porto de Los Cristianos (Tenerife) às 17h00.

The weather wasn't the best on the day, but we still got some great views, particularly of the volcano and lava flow. We were going to have a coffee at a market but it was closed, and we were left to our own devices in a not particularly interesting part of the island while we waited for the bus to arrive. Also, where we stopped for lunch was just near a supermarket with not much to see. A good day out and I enjoyed it, but it could have been better.

A 9 km round walk, being the first part in descent to reach the closest part to the 5 craters that opened during the last eruption. Wonderful views and a blend of feelings between the sadness of destruction and the beauty of nature's struggle to stay alive in the ashes.

I took this tour in March 2025. The views were amazing. I had enough time to visit these beautiful places. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
Great day out despite the early start and a little sea sickness on the way. That was odd because the sea conditions both ways looked similar, but on the outbound journey we experienced significantly more movement of the ship. From then on all great: organisation, views, pace, guide, driver, bus and late lunch stop. Persuaded us to come back to la Palma for a much longer visit. One thing i did note was that the maximum participants was stated to be 59. Our trip had around 20 and I suspect that significantly more people would adversely impact the experience.

Definitely a super recommended experience to know a piece of the palm and what happened and the consequences of the Volcan Tajogaite, both the driver and the guide (Rosi) super friendly and open to any questions! We also enjoy a good meal with your good potatoes! Highly recommended!

Rosa our guide was very knowledgeable and concise. The tour and the emotion she conveyed made for a great tour. Would have liked more time in Santa Cruz and maybe seen where the lava flow actually reached the sea but maybe we may have missed other parts. Worth the trip.
The volcano and all the lava. Amazed that it made so much damage to the surroundings. The guide was very good. She could talk 4 different languages. But 2 had been enough. But she explained very good what we saw and experienced during the trip.
