De Sofia: Os desfiladeiros da trilha de pedra Trun e Dragovski

Você sabe o que é Lactobacillus bulgaricus? Esta é uma bactéria específica, vive em produtos lácteos locais. Suas qualidades podem reduzir as células cancerosas e o envelhecimento. Foi descoberto pela primeira vez nesta região para onde vamos – Trun. A produção de iogurte tem tradições profundas – historicamente sempre houve gente nestas terras. Trácios, romanos e até cruzados se estabeleceram aqui. Venha para esta aventura, onde faremos uma caminhada pelo Matterhorn búlgaro – 1118 metros acima do nível do mar com vista panorâmica e o desfiladeiro do Rio Erma, um dos tesouros nacionais do país!

Itinerário
A transferência de Sofia para o início da trilha da pedra Dragovski é de cerca de uma hora e meia. A trilha é desafiadora, mas para chegar ao pico são cerca de 45 minutos. Você será recompensado com uma vista magnífica das montanhas búlgaras. Em seguida, retornaremos por uma trilha diferente, onde podemos ver o riacho Dragovski e algumas cachoeiras.
Depois seguimos para Trun, uma cidade rica em recursos. A transferência é inferior a 30 minutos. Pararemos o carro no final da cidade e iremos para o desfiladeiro. Muitas lendas existem em torno deste lugar. A caminhada aqui é cercada por duas opções – fácil e difícil e são cerca de 2 horas.

The tour was well organised and the pick up was on time. The guide was very experienced. The guide knew a lot about archeology and history and I learned a lot about bulgarian history. Not a second was boring, I can highly recommend this trip for all who stay in Sofia
I can highly recommend that excursion. A great trip, beautiful bulgarian landscapes, amazing nature, rock formations and waterfalls,addictionaly very professional, friendly guide with impressive knowledge when it comes to nature and history. Definitely the best thing I did in Sofia. The guide was very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend this as a great hike! Just make sure you bring good shoes!

It was a 2 hour drive through an alpine spring landscape before we parked the car and headed for the gorge. My guide asked me if I was used to hiking – No. Did I want to use a hiking stick – never even seen one! We walked up an increasingly steep slope, following a narrow path through the trees above the gorge. We then descended down rubble, soil steps which lead to a narrow, short, basic wooden bridge across the gorge. The climb back up the other side was steeper and more strenuous, but the view from that side was equally as good through the gorge. The guide asked if I’d like to cross over further along the stream, but that meant more scrambling up and down the steep hillside, so instead we returned to our car via the forest road. Basically, the view is wonderful but you really need to be fit and used to hiking to walk the whole gorge.
