She even learned every one of our names and made it such a personalized experience. She had plan b’s ready when we wanted to do something that wasn’t available at the time. Loyd Shin was very professional and so courteous. He really went out of his way for my family of 15. Very knowledgeable and spoke very clearly to my USA Filipino family. The DMZ, Seoul, Jeju Island and Busan. So amazing tour guide. He immersed our experience in Korean BBQ restaurants and very flexible our needs for McDonalds ha ha ha. Give him a raise now. Had an amazing time on the Seoul private tour with Lloyd Shin (L.Shin from SeoulCity)! He explained everything so clearly and in such a simple, engaging way, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
