Trip to Skadar lake.was pleasant even though we did not see many birds.Lunch was very similar taken at a small beach with a small restaurant ,overall a pleasant day.
An enjoyable experience, relaxed and informative. The guide cooed well speaking different languages. Good value. However, because were the only two people from Petrovac, we were dropped off unceremoniously and told we would have to walk the 500m or so downhill, not dropped off where we were picked up from in the morning as we had been told. Left a sour taste to what had been a good day.
Great trip to such a beautiful place. Lovely lunch and boat trip including cheese, honey, donuts & wine. Lunch was good in a lovely restaurant alone in a bay. Peaceful, relaxing and tranquil. Our tour guide Ljiljana Martic was welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She spoke fluently in 3 different languages to accommodate all nationalities travelling that day. She explained everything and provided lots of information and history about Montenegro. Great trip and fantastic guide. Thank you
Greet day out. Coach pick up and drive to viewing point for quick photo then drive to skadar lake. Lake is beautiful and so vast. Boat ride was pleasant they do stop so you can have a swim in the lake. Then you are taken for lunch which was ok a bit basic choice of fish or chicken. Snacks and juice are provided in the price to have on the boat. After lunch back on the boat and a visit to the National Park museum which is small and to Montenegro wine shop which is opposite. Then back on the coach. Guide very knowledge and bless her had to translate three languages to us. Maximum capacity for trip is 50. Nice day out Don’t be fooled by the picture of the boat for this trip. The boat is much bigger.
I think it was a very beautifull trip at the lake. But the description of the trip does NOT match the reality. You dont get a gourmet lunch - you get a (good though) plain lunch. Og no the water in the lake is NOT crystal clear - it is green and muddy - which was a huge disappointment - so we skipped the swim. And the wine cellar was just a common wine shop. Just tell it as it is…
Very bad experience! 7 hours of tour, there are 2 hours of tour bus time, the so-called wine shop after reaching the skadar lake is not open, a museum is modest, the boat to tour the lake is a 2-storey boat, the boat provides very hard to drink red wine, water and super sweet fruit juice, small meals are hard to eat. Because the boat is too big, you can't get too close to the creatures living in the lake, you can't even see the birds! You can swim in the lake but only 10-15 minutes. After going to the so-called private beach and private restaurant, the environment is poor, the beach chair is white chair, the beach is fine, the restaurant food only tastes salty, and the entire trip is a waste of time! It is recommended that everyone package about 200eruo and then rent a private boat about 45euro/hour, and after playing go, the beach + restaurant is junk
The itinerary mentioned a 10-minute photo stop at the Sveti Stefan viewpoint, but unfortunately, this did not take place. Snacks and meals were included, but the quality was disappointing considering the price paid. The snack consisted of a few pieces of cheese with honey and some small pastries, which were placed on a shared table rather than served individually. As for the main meal, the fish was decent, but the potatoes and salad lacked flavor. We were supposed to have a 1-hour swimming break at the lake, but the water was muddy and not clean, leaving little to enjoy during that time. On a positive note, the scenery throughout the tour was beautiful, offering plenty of opportunities to take great photos.
A very well organised tour from pick up and throughout the day. Our guide relayed lots of interesting information about the areas we passed through. We sat back and relaxed looking at the beautiful scenery on our journey to Lake Skadar.Lake Skadar was impressive.Very beautiful, peaceful and atmospheric. Our guide provided a lovely, traditional snack which there was plenty of.Boat took us to a lovely, quiet cove where we enjoyed a traditional lunch and some beach time. Although fish was the main option the tour guide arranged something else for anyone who did not want fish. A great day indeed. Fantastic value for money especially given that the snack and lunch food were part of the tour price.
I was impressed! We had such a great time! The organizators were so kind and friendly! This something that everyone has to see in order to really believe that such natural beauties really exist!
Unforgettable experience with this agency. Last year we visited Lake Skadar with the Atlantix agency. Excellent organization, professionals! My warm recommendation!
