Nour was very nice, hospitable, caring and helpful. He made us feel very safe. we got the luxury tent and it was a good decision

Nour was an amazing guide. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend him as the tour guide! He did a great job bringing us around and explaining the tour. However, for the tour, hotel dinner can be improved with more options. For example, have chicken and more vegetables, and not only beef, as some people have dietary restrictions.

The sahara dessert tour was amazing. Our guide, Nour, made us feel welcome & made sure we had a great time. Will recommend!

Fantastic experience all around! Our guides were extremely knowledgable about the different locations we went to and extremely supportive and engaging, making sure we were comfortable as possible the entire way.

Veey good and informative experience

Things that were good!: • Sahara camel ride, sand boarding, fire dancing - AMAZING!! • Pick ups were very accessible and communication for this via whatsapp was good. • Lunch at Todra Gorge - good price and the options to order a tagine or skewer instead of a buffet was good. • Guide in Todra Gorge and walk after lunch. Suggestions of things to add: 1. Written itinerary for each day with times and most importantly break stops that you can pass around the van and we can all take a photo of it. 2. Most thing lacking from the tour is context/knowing what to expect. Be open and honest about the realities of the experiences, people will be more understanding if you are honest and acknowledge the elephant in the room, because you've warned them of what to expect. Examples: • Trickling shower at Sahara camp (maybe it's because you need to conserve water?). • Hot tents at Sahara. • Lots of places only take cash so remind us to find an ATM. • Good time to buy water because this next stop is in the heat for 1.5hrs. • Buy snacks - keep you tied over to the next food stop. • Warn us about the men handing out peanuts at the monkeys. They bombarded as soon as we got off the van. Some things that weren't so great: • Tents at Sahara are too hot even in late September - spent the whole night absolutely drenched in sweat. I know there isn't much you can do to change that, but maybe have fans in the rooms, or screen doors on them to keep the airflow but the scorpions out. • Back seats of the van were cramped and hot near the windows. • I think some of the experiences changed from originally advertised, which is fine because we understand things can change, but a simple explanation of why and what we're doing instead would be great. Overall I did really enjoy my time on the trip and would absolutely do it again and recommend to friends and family. I'm mainly just writing this review to offer my constructive feedback to the manager of the tour in case some of the suggestions can be implemented. Big thanks to Nour and Imad for their wonderful guidance and spectacular driving!! 😊

Bahadi was a great guide who explained everything well! He had a great personality and was very friendly and helpful. The whole trip went smoothly and was well planned! Lots of driving but they break it up well with fun & interesting breaks. Would recommend!

It was a great experience. The camel ride was super chill. There was a lot of travel time, but it couldn't be helped. The guide Bahadi-san was great and gave us just the right amount of explanation.

The tour was an amazing experience from experience from me and our friends. Everything was great from the accommodation ,the van, the food and the crazy experience on the Dessert. We loved our tour guide Bahadi, he make the tour so fun and interesting. Thank you for everything

Our guide Bahadi was very friendly and welcoming. He taught us many things about the moroccan culture in a fun way without it being tiring at all. We saw many beautiful places while learning about the people and their lives. We felt 100% comfortable and safe. It was an amazing experience, thank you!
