We really enjoyed this experience and our guide, Roccio, was great! In retrospect, we’d have preferred to spend a whole day in Segovia, but it was nice to see 2 different towns too. The aqueduct in Segovia is tray something to see! It’s pretty incredible, especially for its time!
I had an amazing experience on the Toledo and Segovia excursion. Our tour guides, Gabby and Karla, were absolutely fantastic. They were attentive, understanding, compassionate, and truly passionate about what they do. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the entire day enjoyable and engaging. This all-day tour is a wonderful way to learn about the rich history, culture, and beauty of both cities. Gabby and Karla took the time to answer questions, share interesting facts, and ensure everyone felt comfortable throughout the journey. As a first-time visitor to Spain, this tour exceeded my expectations and gave me a deeper appreciation for the country's history and heritage. I would definitely recommend this excursion to my friends and family, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Spain for the first time. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of my trip.
great family experience. the tour guides were awesome and well knowledge
Bad service, rude condescending customer service, insulting driver…bus with poor AC ON A HEAR WAVE, unprofessional guide.
The digital communication about the meeting time/place was clear, but requested we be present before the bus/guides appeared. Confusing since multiple tours depart from the same location. The title of the activity was quite misleading as we did NOT in fact have lunch included and there were multiple groups not sure about tickets into the Segovia sites. Our guide made an admirable attempt to explain in English but did not succeed, another guide which included Avila was much better during the joint explanations on the bus. Toledo felt rushed as we walked through town, while Segovia was far and away, the more impressive town in our opinion.
Dear Gregory. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that parts of the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We take note of your comments regarding the activity setup and communication during the tour. The itinerary includes several destinations in a limited time, which requires a structured schedule throughout the day. We are glad to know you appreciated some parts of the visit. My mother and I enjoyed our full day trip to Toledo and Segovia. Our tour guide Fleur and bus driver Raul were fantastic! The tour that Fleur gave in Sylvia was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, organized and friendly. Even though there were almost 60 of us on the tour and the secondtour guide did not show up, she did an outstanding job of being clear with meeting times as well as explanations translating between English and Spanish. However, while in Toledo, we had a tour guide named Tony that was supposed to show us around the historic sites. Our experience with Tony was not a pleasant one. He walked much too quickly speeding through his explanations of different sites. When we asked him toslow down he said that he was unable to do so as he had another tour he had to get to there were many of us his English speaking group that felt as though he was rushing our experience. When the tour was over, he was supposed to take all of the lunch people whohad paid for lunch to the meeting point he informed everyone else that they were on their own until they had to meet for the bus many asked him where this meeting point was and his response was to turn around and go to the building behind us and get a reiterating that he did not have time to take us there. He then gathered those that had purchased lunch and began walking to the lunch point despite asking him to slow down he did not. He also took a detour from his original route to the Square, saying that it was faster however, route included many sets of stairs that needed to be climbed. Keep in mind we had already asked him to slow down and my elderly mother was having difficulty keeping up, especially with the stairs. He ended up, leaving us and not checking on us we ended up lost in Toledo to call the Madrid office to discover where we needed to be as a result. We missed the lunch that we had paid for and had to get food on our own, in effect, double paying our lunch since we had prepaid for lunch with the tour. I do not feel as though Tony was a very professional or empathetic tour guide it felt as if we were an inconvenience to his schedule. I would not recommend to utilize Tony in the future. With all this being said, we did enjoy our trip that felt as though Toledo was a disappointment because of the tour guide we were given. Again I would like to emphasize that Fleur was great!

The tour was very interesting. Our guide Javier Cima tried to take care of us at all times and looked for shade, as we were in a heat wave. The excursion was very educational, appropriate, and above all, also fun; our guide Javier tried to add his personal touch with a bit of humor in some of his comments during his narrations. The driver Adrián was very good at the wheel and drove without putting us in danger.
Great trip, our guide, Kostas was very knowledgeable and kind, and did an excellent job on the tour with lots of interesting facts and stories to share. The driver, Nuria, was also very friendly.
Very wonderful trip to Toledo and Segovia. Both guides were helpful and informative. Both cities were beautiful and majestic. Be prepared to walk a lot. A great excursion for foreign travelers to Spain!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this tour and highly advise against booking it. First, I was overcharged without my consent. Despite sending clear proof of this unauthorized charge to customer service, I am still waiting for a proper response and my refund. Second, the tour itself was a disaster. The local provider used an outsourced guide who completely rushed us through the streets of Toledo, offering zero value. To make matters worse, my booking explicitly included a meal. The guide simply dumped us near a museum and walked away without ever mentioning that the restaurant was actually located inside the museum. When we realized we were stranded and tried to contact the operator via phone and WhatsApp to get the restaurant's address, absolutely no one answered. We were completely ignored. When we finally found it on our own, the food was incredibly low quality. Save your money, avoid the stress, and book with a company that actually respects its customers and fulfills its promises.
Dear Iris. We are sorry to hear about your experience. All booking details, inclusions, and conditions are clearly communicated during the reservation process. Our team is also available during the tour to assist with any operational matters that may arise. We appreciate your feedback. Best Regards from the Quality Department of Amigo Tours – Rodrigo
