dentidade e missão do Santuário de Fátima O Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Rosário de Fátima é a resposta ao chamado de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, já aludido em 13 de agosto de 1917 e pedido expressamente na aparição de 13 de outubro daquele ano a Lucia de Jesus, Francisco Marto e Jacinta Marto: «Quero dizer-vos que uma capela será construída aqui em minha honra. Eu sou a Senhora do Rosário »(Fist Memoir of Sister Lucia). A pequena capela foi construída em 1919 no lugar das aparições de 1917 na Cova da Iria e, desde então, o lugar do Santuário foi construído, em resposta a um influxo significativo de peregrinos. O Santuário de Fátima é um local de peregrinação, que celebra a memória do seu evento fundador, as aparições de Nossa Senhora aos três pastorinhos. A hospitalidade pastoral do peregrino é um elemento fundamental para a sua missão. O Santuário de Fátima guarda a memória do acontecimento e da mensagem de Fátima. Tem a missão de estudar e difundir esta mensagem, trabalhada como meio de evangelização em Portugal e no mundo. O Santuário de Fátima é, por vontade expressa da Sé Apostólica, um Santuário Nacional.

Forte de Sao Miguel
A construção deste monumento de estilo maneirista começou no reinado de D. Sebastião em 1577, com o objetivo de defender a angra dos ataques dos piratas argelinos, marroquinos, holandeses e normandos que investiram na costa atlântica. Em 1644, e devido à sua posição, o rei D. João IV, o restaurador, ordenou a sua remodelação e ampliação. Como vigilante sentinela da fortaleza foi S. Miguel Arcanjo, patrono de muitos santuários, geralmente construído em lugares elevados. Na fachada do forte, no portal da entrada, D. João IV, tinha uma imagem calcária de São Miguel Arcanjo, com a legenda "ELREY DOM JUAN-1644", que marca o ano da sua construção.
Obidos Village
A vila medieval de Óbidos é uma das mais pitorescas e bem preservadas de Portugal. Próximo o suficiente da capital e situado em um ponto alto perto da costa do Atlântico, Óbidos tinha uma importância estratégica no território. Já ocupada antes da chegada dos romanos na Península Ibérica, a aldeia tornou-se mais próspera a partir do momento em que foi escolhida pela família real. Desde que o rei D. Dinis ofereceu a sua esposa D. Isabel, no século. XIII, pertencia à Casa das Rainhas que, ao longo das várias dinastias, a beneficiavam e enriqueciam. É uma das principais razões para encontrar tantas igrejas nesta pequena cidade. Dentro das paredes, encontramos um castelo bem preservado e um labirinto de ruas e casas brancas que encantam qualquer um que passeia por lá. Entre pórticos manuelinos, janelas floridas e pequenas aberturas, há várias razões para visitar, bons exemplos da arquitectura religiosa e civil da idade de ouro da aldeia.

Incorrect Meeting Point and Poor Customer Support
Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The location shared with me on Viator was incorrect, it was a different meeting point for a small-group tour rather than the bus tour location. The service provider was not responding to calls or WhatsApp and even Viator was unable to reach them while I was seeking assistance. I had to wait in the sun for around 30–45 minutes until the owner finally contacted me and provided the correct location. I was also disappointed that Viator supported the service provider without properly investigating my complaint and did not offer any compensation. Overall, the experience was poorly handled, and unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations.

Don’t use zoom travel or Get your guide!
The cancelled the trip two days before but offered me trip the following day. But then they did not put me on the list so they forced me to leave the van (that was already 35 minutes late) so i could not go to Nazare even though they promised me in writing and I had paid…

Trip to Lisbon
We booked with Love Holidays. Excellent service ..taxi at airport to pick us up..then collected us from hotel for airport home. Stayed in International hotel..very central. Great staff and breakfast in their restaurant. They booked tours for us..maximum 8 people. Excellent guide. Well worth the money...all day tours. Highly recommend the tours..a great way to see lots of places and learn the history.

Ride not a tour.
This barely registered as a tour. While we had 2 guides, they provided only brief overviews of each destination, generally from the bus. They then sent us on our way unaccompanied with instructions on when to return to the bus, which was delayed at every stop. The tour lasted a very long 12 hours. If you feel you know the history, then having a bus driver and two guides telling you the location might work for you, but it was disappointing for us. We wanted more information on the history of each site.

Portugal day tour

Beautiful cities!
We had a great time. It was a beautiful day and each place we went was beautiful with its own character. It’s a full day with lots of walking but broken up with the bus ride from town to town. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to handle 60 people and 3 languages very well. The crowds weren’t bad at all. I feel like we got a lot for the price of the trip. I would book again.
