De Budapeste : Bratislava e Viena - Visita guiada de dia inteiro

I had a great day trip to Bratislava and Vienna with Filip! Prompt pick-up from my hotel, snacks and water along the way, information about each city, and recommendations of places to see in the city centers. As a small group of eight in a comfortable van, the drive was smooth and felt personalized. My friends were with another group leader/van, and their experience was not the same, so please ask for Filip! 😊

It started with my mistake of entering the wrong hotel (I had the sister hotel next to mine listed). I tried to communicate via WhatsApp messenger that I was at the different hotel and traveling with 4 others. It sort of sounded like it was taken care of but because it was only a bot, I wasn’t with the people I wanted to travel with. One friend switched with me and went in the other van, while I stayed with 3 friends to make a total of 4 in our friend group. So, the communication process needs to be updating at the beginning. Now on to the “tour”. What we really had was a driver - no information given out ahead of our arrivals at rest stops or sights. We didn’t receive the food or snack until we asked. So much time spent on the road vs what we actually saw in Bratislava and Vienna. Not all the fault of the tour company as we did have traffic delays, but some of that time should guesstimated as head of time. We would’ve been better off taking the train for a,cheaper price.

Unfortunately our guide did not communicate to our group. We stopped for a break and wasn’t told the expectations. We had to ask him how long and what we were doing. He did not give information along the way and the other guide who had a group too informed a few people but not the groups as a whole. Snacks and water were not provided until we asked about them. The amount of time spent in the vehicle was 10 hrs and only 4 hrs total in the cities.

Excellent experience where you get to visit 2 countries, Vienna and Bratislava, in the same day from Budapeste. Our guide Martin was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

It was a really great trip. Martin our guide was superb. The vehicle was super comfortable, other travelers were really friendly and I would recommend this trip to anyone. Thankyou.

Our driver Roale was fabulous. I wish we had just stayed the night in Vienna. The van was crammed. I think they should have skipped the castles. All you could see was the outside. Not enough time to go in. Really need more time in Vienna. Bratislava was a nice visit only need about an hour and half to see church and square. The wine on the bridge was a nice treat overlooking city.

I cancelled 24 hours prior to due to system flights being down and un able to make tour. I contacted the tour agent a viator both prior and i was never cancelled. I message for 3 days and kept getting a different agent requesting the same information. This was intentional to keep my $200 usd.

The pickup was a disaster. I was the first to be picked up from my hotel. Then an odyssey through the city began, during which the order of the pickups was changed several more times and a lot of time was spent waiting. In the end, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, we drove out of the city on the street where my hotel was located, so I was present for that time practically for nothing. On the return trip, I asked when they would drop me off at my accommodation. It was planned that they would drop me off last, even though we passed my hotel first when driving into the city. Everything is a huge circus....

The tour was excellent. Our guide, Martin, spoke very clear and was very knowledgeable about the places we’ve been to. Lots of fun facts with some more serious notes.
