Don't book this trip with this company. Once we paid the money ther we was no communication. We had a last minute change of hotel, for the 36hrs before the tour we msgd the company at least a dz times to let them know our new address for pick up, they never responded! We also emailed a couple of times still no reply! We went to bed not knowing which hotel they'd go to so we decided one would wait at one hotel & the other the 2nd hotel. Very inconvenient as one was a bit of a walk. But we then wake just after 6am, after a terrible sleep worrying, on day of the tour only to have an email saying tour cancelled!! Apparently the driver had a car accident, in his personal car, the previous night. Thankfully he wasn't hurt. But 1) if he wasn't hurt why was he unable to drive the bus or B) surely they have more than one driver if he was too distressed! If we could we would give it a no star rating!!
Our guide, Filip, picked us up bright and early from our hotel. There were 8 of us altogether on the tour and we were transported in a comfortable 9 seater mini van. Filip was friendly and happily answered questions as well as telling us the history of each place we went. He also kindly provided water, snacks and stops for comfort breaks along the way. My husband has a disability and Filip very kindly helped him when we encountered some stairs without a handrail, meaning we could fully participate. If I was returning to Budapest I wouldn't hesitate to book this or a similar tour offered by this company, we had the absolute best day!
The local tour guide canceled the tour. Don’t know if the excuse was real. But our tour was canceled.
The van was a bit cramped. Overall not a bad excursion. There was a last minute change due to an accident the day prior to our trip.
Following an accident the day before with our scheduled driver, the guys behind the scenes did their upmost to find a replacement so not to cancel. Our replacement, Filip, could not have been better! On what is a long and by the end tiring whistelstop tour of the 3 cities, he was knowledgeable, funny and conscientious. A dy we will not forget for a very long time! Thanks again for everything Filip, and the Palinka!
Highly recommend this trip. Ahmed was a wonderful knowledgeable guide. He was polite and respectful while friendly towards everyone on the trip. He ensured everyone had plenty of time to explore at each stop after giving us information about the history of each place. Took the group to toilets at each stop close by.

The tour to Vienne and Bratislava was a wonderful experience. The guide called Ahmed from West Bank is a guide well educated, gentle. His driving skills were so good and he gave to us several times during the trip candies, choco, water, wc, etc. I strongly recommend this tour w/ Ahmed. The tour language is english but he speaks “some words” in other languages. Now I will the review in spanish…..el guia turistico llamado Ahmed fue muy cooperativo y muy educado en este tour de solo 8 personas, nos sentimos como si estuvieramos en familia, un muchacho muy considerado y cooperativo con las personas mayores que ibamos en el tour. Nos obsequio en varias ocasiones golosinas como chocolates, confituras, agua, un trago de palinka y vino. Mi esposa y yo recomendamos este tour con este guia….muchas gracias Ahmed !!!!
