De Banff/Canmore: Viagem ao Lago Moraine e ao Lago Louise

I am on the tour right now and the guide/driver is really nice, but the company needs to hire guides who can speak English we all can understand. The driver is trying his best, but it’s really difficult to understand his accent. Was really disappointed.

Excellent tour. Beautiful scenery. Excellent guide/driver who was very informative about the area. Good communication leading up to the trip and on time departure.

The lakes were beautiful, and we did receive the tour we paid for, but the transportation experience took away from the day. Our driver arrived late, communication in English was difficult, and she didn’t know how to work the microphone, so it was hard to hear any of the information being shared. The biggest issue was the drive back. The bus became unbearably hot because the driver couldn’t get the A/C working properly. She was very kind and clearly trying her best, but the lack of training made for a very uncomfortable trip. She didn’t even share her name..

Good value for the money. Knowlegable driver and guide. Shuttle bus is the best way to see the lakes.

Booked a tour with Cool Banff Tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Mr. Yao, the driver was a super nice guy , not only safe drive to destinations but also give us so many practical trip tips. Really enjoy the whole trip with the service.

An absolute must, seeing Lake Louise is breathtaking, that of natural beauty. Moraine Lake is also beautiful take the trouble to climb to the top, it's worth it.

The time at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was perfect. Our guide, Lucy, was a great driver and a very kind lady. Wonderful trip!

Purchase a last minute ticket, like 11 PM, going to lake louise and morraine lake for a party of 7 with child. Its a promo ticket and I didn't notice that the only pick-up point will be in Banff and I chose Canmore. Clint from Cool banff tours message me and says that I supposed to pay extra since we will be picked up in Canmore but he will give it for free since I have a kid maybe its easier for us to go there, yey perfect!! Customer service plus points! The day of the trip Sir Andrew our designated tour guide/driver made our trip fun and enjoyable, he's also a school bus driver so we know that we're safe, very nice, approachable and helpful. He gave us some information about the mountains and lakes along the way, he even recommended some spots to go to that makes our trip more memorable. So all in all I highly recommended Cool Banff Tours, on time and best customer service.

I would recommend this experience to others. Just be careful when booking online. Make sure when checking out that you have the correct dates. I had put in for the correct dates when completing all of the info for another experience with Viator and after checking out I noticed the date had changed. Please double check. Viator worked to change the mistake, but it took all day to get it remedied. As for this experience, we had liked that we did not have to drive. Our driver Lucy was very sweet. She had bottles of water ready to give to those who wanted. We felt very safe with her driving. It was nice to not have to be concerned about parking at Lake Louise.
