Not to be missed!

Mr James and Mr Sarjin were very friendly and knowledgeable about the historic sites we visited. We went to the Padmanabhan palace and Kanyakumari in a comfortable air conditioned car making stops along the way for food and sites of interest. We had a very fulfilling tour and the sites are not to be missed!

A day trip to Kanyakumari with James and Adarsh

Being in the southernmost tip of India and at the confluence of Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal, this place has a special history and significance. Swami Vivekananda Rock Memorial adds to the significance. A visit to the centuries old wooden palace on the way is an added bonus for tourists. My tour guide, James and his son, Adarsh, who was the driver made my day particularly pleasant - I have nothing but praise for them. They were very punctual, very polite, good communicators and above all very knowledgeable about the places I visited on this trip. They also were very attentive to all my needs, arranging lunch and refreshments breaks. A very big thank you to both of them.

A Day exploring the southern tip of the Indian subcontinent

We spent a terrific day with our dignified and knowledgeable guide James and his nephew who drove. Navigating Kanyakumari with a professional makes all the difference between a smooth visit and chaos!

Kanyakumari day trip

Over-priced and underwhelming tour. Viator needs to reflect on whether their pricing for this tour is appropriate

Great day trip!

This is a great trip for anyone wanting to privately explore the two sites of Kanyakumari and Padmanabhapuram Palace! The tour company sent information the day before on WhatsApp after I reached out to them. Our tour guide and driver were prompt, fantastic and took great care of us throughout the day. The guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. The palace was very interesting with historical significance. And Kanyakumari was majestic being the meeting point of 3 water bodies. A lot of time is spent barefoot at these sites so be prepared for that. And make sure to bring bottled water for the drive! Would recommend this for anyone visiting Kovalam or Thiruvananthapuram.

Tourism Department Please Check

It was a really good visit to the Place, The view and the feeling was amazing , It was a really must visit place, but the cruise service needed a lot of improvement as no proper official was there to guide you, cruise capacity was 131 persons but capacity actually utilized as 200+ persons

Day trip to Southern point of India

We had a lovely day with our tour guide, James, who was a real gentleman and his son Adharsh, who was the driver. They were very knowledgeable and kind and were proud to share their food culture with us. The palace was well worth a visit but we especially liked the visit to the Statue of Wisdom which was really interesting. We would highly recommend this tour.

No go place for the families with kids!!

Poor!! No Management from the ship company! Normal line 75 Rs, Express line ( Fallacy) 300 Rs, people standing in bare sun scorching heat without any shade, breaking line, howling and creating ruckus but absolutely no control from the authorities! Astonishingly when asked the police personnel if there is any paid authorised parking they blatantly refused but when i walked inside i realised there was paid parking!! I don’t know if this behaviour was due to some unknown govt commitments or just a bad approach!! Finally after standing in the line for over 2 hours we gave up the ferry and came out! On walking towards the sunrise point we realised the ferry point was not even 200 meters, a small walkway or bridge could solve the problem! Basically it’s a kind of scam by the ship company!! However it’s a beautiful place but because of poor management from the authorities it’s a no go for families!! And hence the bad review.
