Moulay Idriss Zerhoun em Fes • Partida de Fès às 9:30. • Conduzir por 1 hora e 50 minutos. • Chegada a Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, a terceira cidade sagrada islâmica do mundo, • Experimente uma vista panorâmica de toda a cidade, que se assemelha a um barco gigante, semelhante ao Titanic. • Embora não possamos visitar as partes sagradas da cidade, poderemos ver o interior da mesquita sagrada do topo, através de outra vista panorâmica. • A nossa próxima parada é o Minarete Cilíndrico, que é o único minarete redondo em Marrocos.
Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, Volubilis • tomaremos 5 minutos de carro para Volubilis, uma cidade romana antiga arruinada de 43 hectares. • Você terá 1 hora e 30 minutos para explorar a cidade por conta própria. Tudo é bem descrito e documentado, você só precisa seguir as setas.
Volubilis, Meknes • Após o passeio pela cidade, vamos nos encontrar novamente no carro perto da entrada da cidade novamente. Nosso motorista estará esperando por você para continuar a viagem. • Nós vamos dirigir 30 minutos para a cidade de Meknes. • Na chegada, teremos uma parada de almoço aroud 1 hora, - Visite o interior da cidade imperial que é cercada por 4 paredes de 30 km. - Veja portas incríveis, incluindo Bab Al Mansour (a maior da África, atrás da qual a cidade imperial fica). - Veja o campo de golfe real gratuitamente. - Veja o mousolé Moulay Ismail gratuitamente (uma antiga mesquita que abriga o túmulo de Moulay Ismail, um antigo rei de Marrocos). -Veja o caminho da morte.

Good trip and value for money- to be clear it is just a driver that gives you some info and directions you do it yourself! £8 to go into Volunilis which is fab. Meknes stunning.

A beautiful day to discover the fertile and green region of Morocco, rich in agriculture, visiting the Roman archaeological site Volubilis, the sacred and white city on the hill, Moulay Idriss, and imperial city Meknes with the mausoleum of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Our driver was helpful and professional. I highly recommend to those who want to discover the natural, archaeological and cultural beauties of Morocco.

A very interesting flash trip. In two and a half days we discovered the medina de Fez., then an excursion to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, and Meknes. Great! Our driver spoke very good French, English and Spanish. Abdeljalil is punctual , friendly and he was kind enough to show us at nightfall, the Jewish quarter and the Royal Palace of Fez that we had not had time to see. Thanks a lot.

Our driver was friendly, spoke English and French very well and helpful during our 8 hour trip. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with a small group of 8 passengers. Weather was great which made for a more relaxing day after the previous day in Fez visiting the Medina and enjoying all that this lovely city offers. This trip to the countryside was the perfect day out for us with a relaxing walk around Volubilis with the backdrop of Moulay Idriss hill top village and mountains, a stop for views of Moulay Idriss then lunch and a couple of hours to walk around Meknes. The trip doesn't include a guide and in part this is not needed but personally I would have appreciated a map with the cultural points of interest. I don't think we really saw everything that I would have enjoyed. At the end of the day our driver was really kind to stop off at the Royal Palace in Fez so that we could take a few photos and also drove through the Jewish quarter which we'd not had time to visit on our long weekend vist. Fez is lovely, people kind and food a treat!

This tour was fantastic. It was a fun and educational. Worth the price! It was also a small tour group so it didn’t feel like we were being left behind and we could actually hear the guide. Mr. Abdeljalil picked us up from our accommodations on time, and on the way to the car he was teaching us about the Medina. He was very smart and patient. He then drove us to our guide for today. Hassan was very friendly. We were able to enjoy the sites and learn.

Abdeljalil is a very kind and professional guide. He drove us safely from Fes to Volubilis to Moulay Idriss to Meknes and back to Fes on Jan 1. The van is spacious and comfortable. He kindly waited for us when we were a bit delayed in Volubilis. He also very kindly picked us up from a different place in Meknes when we strayed a bit far and could not find a taxi. The cost of the trip is very fair. Two things I wish I knew, which I think applies to most other day trips like this from Fes: - You basically will not get any time to walk around Moulay Idriss. If you're not muslim, you're not able to enter the mosque anyway -- but it would have been nice to have a wander - The time in Meknes is approximately 3h including lunch. Again this is not a lot of time, given especially the distance between sights in the medina and on the other side of the Royal Palace.
