Excursão de um dia de Mestia a Ushguli

Lucas was an excellent guide and driver during my time in Mestia. He was very friendly, helpful, and knew a lot about Mestia, Ushguli, and Georgia. He explained many interesting things in a clear and easy way. He is also very reliable and fair. I trusted him completely. He always made sure everything was okay and running smoothly. I even forgot my bag, and he went back to get it for me, ensuring my belongings would be safe, which of course he delivered, free of charge 🙏🏻 Out of all my guides and drivers during my stay, I confidently say Lucas impressed me the most. I highly recommend Lucas as a guide and driver in Mestia.

ushguli is so beautiful and amazing place no matter the landscape or the history. definitely have to go there if visit Georgia. our tour guide + driver Dato is svaneti so he shared many interesting legend, story and the traditional with us. he made our visit more informative and interesting.

On an organized round trip in Georgia, we reach Ushguli from Mestia. Along winding roads with a wild driver and a car with the steering wheel on the right side. It's like coming to The Lord of the Rings. The air is high and the atmosphere sensitive.

I appreciated that they have good communication. They are very quick are responding to emails. For the ushguli tour, the driver was nice and safe. He stopped at many beautiful viewpoint for us. Did not like the restaurant that they dropped us at because it was overpriced with no price on the menu and average food. That is however a minor detail. Overall enjoyed the tour company. But would suggest you go to a restaurant of your choice.

Mestia town/Village is an area surrounded by Caicas (Kafkas)mountains iffering many things for those who love being outside/Country.Town has offer many places to stay depending on your budget and choices.Sorroundings of mestia must be priority of Motorbikers because of challenging routes around.You must visit Turkish Restaurants run by Mr.Ali for its hospitality and delicious foods served in front of şömine(Fire in owen) Walking on small and narrow streets will enable you to experience real village life ,cows headed to their home etc. Visiting the towers used by residents at heavy winter time explains many things about the locals life and daily practices and how they survive against the another hostile tribes during early times.

Our guide was very kind, explained everything in detailed, gave us plenty of time to explore the places and take photos. Great experience

Ushguli, highest permanenent settlement in europe, is picturesque, scenic mountain village definitely worth visiting. Doing it with knowledgeable local guide of this tour only makes it even more worthwhile. Did several tours with Budget Georgia and other tours are similarly great.

Ushguli and the surrounding area is beautiful, and it was great to see and learn about the Tower of Love, as well.

The view from the Black tower over Ushguli was amazing. Our guide/driver was very friendly, however I expected more Info on Svaneti culture, customs and history.
