Tasting Pompeii Tour corre diariamente das 11h30 às 16h00 e é uma viagem sensorial ao mundo de Bosco DE’ Medici. É mais do que uma degustação de vinhos: é um caminho através da história, descobrindo a propriedade, sua produção única e sua conexão profunda com a terra de Pompeia. Esta experiência permite que os hóspedes explorem as raízes das antigas tradições vitivinícolas, incluindo o nosso renascimento da produção de vinhos de amfora romana, assim como foi feito há 2.000 anos. O passeio é uma viagem sensorial através da propriedade Bosco DE’ Medici, onde a história, a tradição e o vinho se encontram. Mais do que uma simples degustação, é uma verdadeira imersão na cultura de Pompeia: os hóspedes visitarão a fazenda do século XVIII, caminharão pelo vinhedo experimental, explorarão a Necrópole de 79 dC e descobrirão as salas de fabricação de vinhos e refinamento com barris e anfores, onde ainda produzimos vinhos usando técnicas romanas antigas. A experiência inclui um típico almoço napolitano, uma celebração dos sabores autênticos da região em conjunto com nossos vinhos. Bosco De Medici was a wonderful way to start our trip. After touring Pompeii, we toured the vineyards, saw the equestrian facility and had a really nice lunch and wine tasting. Our tour guide through the vineyards was Virginia who was excellent—she let me taste the most delicious tomato ever and took us to see horses and ponies since my daughter is into equestrian. Manny, our waiter, was really personable and attentive and the sommelier was wonderful about answering questions and introducing us to the various wines produced at the property.

Giuseppe (Pepe) greeted us and toured us through vineyard with a fantastic overview and introduction to the winery. Manny served us well and recommended great food, while Magdalena helped us learn about the wines and pairings. They both helped us with our lunch and wine selections. Bosco de’ Medici is an absolutely perfect spot for so many things like incredible food, wine, people, experiences and so much more. We chose to have our wedding at Bosco de’ Medici this July and it was the most spectacular few days of our lives! The staff were all incredibly helpful, kind and patient with all of our guests! Margherita planned an amazing few days for us! Even when we thought the reception would have to be inside due to rain, the rain held off and all of the staff joined together to move tables, chairs, and all of the details outside! We were able to have a fantastic night of eating, dancing, drinking and celebrating under the lights and the disco ball! Everything was truly perfect. We can’t wait to go back again and again!

Great experience, really friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere. Great value for the five wines and food we had. Alessandro and Virginia were superb and we had a lovely time. Trying to convince our daughters to get married here!! A special note to Alessandro who was extremely engaging and funny. He made us feel at ease and enabled us to have a great time.

Amazing experience- tons of great food and amazing wine that we were able to ship back to the USA. The golf cart tour in the beginning was great- it was super hot so we appreciated not having to walk. All the waiters were also excellent and so nice!!
