Great communication great service. Didn’t disappoint friendly driver. Comfortable the only downside was that the usb port wasn’t working but was not the end of the world.

I made a mistake at 12goAsia and booked for one month later. On the date of travel, i would confirm the pick up and they told me about that. The office was so friendly to change my ticket and picked me up on the same day! The Van was a top car with 11 seats and good A/C. Free water is offered for every passenger. Thank you so much!!!

We booked 2 booking in Da Nang & Hue. Everything gone perfect & comfortable. They contact us a day in advance to reconfirm your pick up location and give us a bus plate, easy for us to reach the driver

Experience was not good and I'm an honest reviewer. The minivan was small, bags rammed up against us in the back seats. Road was bumpy but the bus had terrible suspension so felt every bump like someone hitting you in the back with a baseball bat! Driver was crazy, driving at high speed and kept overtaking which was borderline dangerous. We also stopped for 45 minutes so that he could wash the van which made it 3.5 hours instead of 2.5 hours. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone else, better spend slightly more and go via private car instead.

For me this was a good option. The bus was really comfortable and I had plenty of leg space which is often a problem for me. I would happily travel with them again.

We were transferred in smoothly from Hue to Da Nang Bus stop at Hai Van Pass so we can take a lot of nice pictures There were some stop points during the transfer but it was fine
