We did all our excursions with the agency, specifically Carlos, and everything worked as planned!! The guides were all experienced and I feel we learned a lot about their culture. The price is the average that all agencies charge, as we consulted quite a few and in the end we stayed with Carlos why he was the one who gave us the most clarity and confidence. As soon as I arrived in Cusco to visit Machu Picchu, I searched for a travel agency. We were kindly welcomed despite our visit the very late day before the tour began without reservation. Carlos spoke very well in English, so the entire schedule and details of the tour were easily understood. Our couple had a lot of demands and they matched them well. Not only did we ask if there were no problems with the tour in the middle of the schedule, but we also talked about the upcoming schedule once in a while, so we could come along without anxiety or discomfort!
