Na noite de 15 de agosto de 1775, um grupo de bermudenses, simpáticos à causa americana liderados pelo Coronel Henry Tucker, roubou 100 barris de pólvora do British Powder Magazine. The operator knew (20 hours in advance) that our cruise ship was delayed and refused to reschedule the tour - even though it’s a cruise ship tour and everyone on the tour was from the ship. So no refunds were given and we were out $750. Please buyer beware- do not end up like us. Just book a tour through your cruise ship to avoid the disaster of this very dishonest operator and company (who completely backed her).
I'm sorry your vacation was impacted by your cruise ship's mechanical delay. However, your review contains several statements that are simply not true and I feel it is important to correct the record. We did not receive advance notification from your cruise line that the ship would be delayed. We only became aware of the mechanical issue after you and several other guests contacted us. Both you and Viator were informed that, in an effort to accommodate all affected guests, we offered the same tour on the following two days, allowing guests to choose the date that best suited their schedule. Your disappointment appears to stem from Viator's decision to deny your refund request under their applicable cancellation policy. We had no control over your ship's mechanical issue, nor over Viator's refund policies. We fully understand your frustration with the circumstances surrounding your cruise. However, we respectfully ask that reviews accurately reflect where responsibility lies. Holding our company responsible for events beyond our control and for decisions made by a third-party booking platform is unfair and misleading to future travelers.
Great way to explore the island, and our tour guide Andres was fantastic! It does seem to go a little fast, and did not have much time in St George to walk around and explore if you decided to get lunch there first. Also only ended up with about an hour and a half at Tobacco Bay. Tobacco Bay was very packed but it was overall a worthwhile trip!
Our driver, Andre, was the best! He was very knowledgeable, kept us informed of everything we were driving by, and made it a memorable experience!
Fora person who has not been in a cave before, I would recommend the trip. The tour already had a time selected for us to enter so we went pretty much to the front of the line. Vary little wait time. Stopped at St George and ate a little, not a lot of time there but the town is small anyway. Tobacco bay could have been much nicer if we did not have to use our towels we brought from the ship and lay on the beach. I was not about ready to spend $70 for 2 chairs for a few hours. Way overpriced. The bay was alright rocky in some areas. This is better for beachcombers and spring breakers and not so much for younger kids. Beautiful area. Got some nice photos. Just a few fish. Bathrooms at all 3 locations.
Tour guide Andre was awesome. Caves were neat and Beach was nice. St Georges was a nice pretty and quai t Parish. Our 2nd time in Bermuda and love it!

Sorry S, you were a NO SHOW. We waited as long as we could for you. We communicated with you during the week prior to your cruise and advised that, due to your ship's revised arrival time, all guests needed to disembark promptly in order to make the adjusted tour departure time and the Crystal Cave appointment. All of the other participants on your ship arrived on time and were checked in. We waited well beyond the adjusted departure time, but we could not delay any longer because the group had a reserved entry time at Crystal Cave. Holding the tour any further would have caused every other guest to miss their scheduled cave admission and significantly impacted their experience. We understand your frustration, but we also have a responsibility to all passengers on the tour.
The three stars is not reflective of the guide or the company. This is just not the best way to spend a limited day on a cruise stop. We spent more than half of the day on the bus. I’d say 4 of the 7 hours. The cave is fun to look at but is an incredibly long ride (over 1 hour) for a 15 minute photo op. We were very rushed in St George’s and couldn’t really enjoy lunch and then our beach stop was only about 1.5 hours. I’d suggest taking a taxi to St George’s and go to the beach for the day. Crystal Cave is not worth the 3 hour detour.

Our Crystal Cave, St. George & Tobacco Bay excursion is designed to give visitors the opportunity to experience several of Bermuda's most popular attractions in a single day, including the Crystal Cave, the historic Town of St. George, and beach time at Tobacco Bay. They were waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship and started the tour on time. Andre was sooooo great! So knowledgeable about Bermuda and he was very personable. We loved everything about this and are so glad we did it!
